Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Snowdonia

Booked last minute for a chill out after the mad christmas chaos. Stephens place was just as described and much more. Good communication from the start, clear instructions and directions. The house was spotlessly clean, tidy and very welcoming. Well stocked kitchen with all the pots,pans and utensil you need. Bedrooms well presented, mattresses were soft but this is a personal preference and we all slept well, peaceful and quiet. 10mins walk to the the town with all amenities you need. We visited out of season but there was plently of places open. Will certainly be our go to place for future visits to Barmouth.

A perfect base for visiting family. Had exactly what we needed and loved the extra touches of milk in the fridge and hamper of goodies in the kitchen. A very clever set up. Communication with Eira was easy, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing long weekend here. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for the 7 of this with 4 dogs. The views are outstanding and lovely being able to walk down to the lake. Fresh eggs from the chickens was a lovely bonus and we enjoyed feeding and petting Bonnie. Jane was excellent with communication and more than helpful.

We recently stayed in this wonderful two-bedroom apartment in Abersoch, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The apartment was impeccably clean and had a fresh, welcoming feel. It was well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like the heating being on when we arrived, making it cozy and inviting from the start & a bottle of bubbles and a box of chocs to help see in the New Year. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and Vaynol, making it convenient for exploring the area, this apartment has it all. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Abersoch!

Absolutely amazing house. We stayed with our 9 month old daughter, her grandparents and our 1 year old Labrador and still had plenty of room. Beach is 5-10 min walk away with a beach club pub to stop in on the way home for a beer! Beach is absolutely incredible. Overall perfect house for a family especially if you have a dog who loves a good run on the sand!

Lovely little cottage in the perfect spot for a quiet Welsh getaway. Really close to everything we needed in town and a great location for exploring Snowdonia by car!

Always welcoming and spacious accommodation. Easy parking. Good for town, trains and football stadiums.

This was our second stay in Esme's lovely house and we would definitely stay again! It is light and spacious and spotlessly clean. It is well furnished , the beds are comfy and it has gorgeous African decorations. There was a welcoming gift of milk and welshcakes and nice toiletries provided. The location is central but quiet. Esme has thoughtfully provided lots of local information. Its altogether a special place to stay.

We went to see Antony Gormley’s Another Place Lynne’s place is less than 5 minutes from the beach where the statues are. Perfect location for us and we were blessed with great weather

The place is easy to locate, cosy, clean, peaceful and has a free parking. We’ve had an issue with the heating but thanks for the quick response/action. We really appreciate it! Overall, we’ve had a great 2-night stay at Haydn’s place. I highly recommend this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brilliant location and accommodation! John was very helpful and even made up the sofa bed for us, as we were arriving late! Very highly recommended.

We had a great sty in Liverpool. The apartment was super comfortable and very warm (it was freezing outside) My first time using Airbnb and Niccy was really helpful and when I messaged them I got a reply in less than 2 minutes 10/10 for the whole experience

Nick is a wonderful host and it is undeniable that he goes above and beyond to ensure we had a really great time at the accommodation ❤️. The house was on point, cozy, spotless and had every amenity you could think of for a peaceful stay 🙌. Best part is his wide collection of Dvd movies which we absolutely amazing and felt like the old days ❤️. No doubt would recommend it to anyone comes down to Liverpool🙌✨

The apartment was impeccably clean and fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel as warm and cozy as our own home. The location was perfect—so close to the seaside and major attractions. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit with ease. The town itself is absolutely stunning. In fact, I’d even say it’s the most beautiful town I’ve seen since coming to the UK. I can’t imagine how incredible it must be to live here!

We loved this beautiful flat and lively town! Elvis on New Years Eve at the Three Tunnes was unmissable. The flat is bursting with character and historic details and lovingly decorated and surrounding countryside is stunning. Jenny was very helpful and kind when it snowed and we were worried about driving home!

Very friendly family. Apartment located at the top of the family home; private and secure. Host Clare and husband very friendly and on tap if needed. Spacious and clean, great views across the golf course, Hoylake with full amenities only 15 minutes walk, beach 5 minutes. Recommended

Chris is a great host. We reached his place via public transport at around 0930pm. It’s easily accessible and walkable from train station & bus stop. We had absolutely no problem finding and doing self check-in even at late hour. The place has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen and private parking. The place was spotless clean and seems like a new apartment. The living room balcony and one of the bedrooms overlook the beach / ocean. Thanks for hosting our family, we had a pleasant stay and amazing experience !

We had a lovely stay at Lluesty. Comms were some of the best we’ve had, the accommodation was perfect (and very dog friendly), whilst the location was excellent with lovely beach walks in very close distance. All in all this was excellent value and we’d definitely come back!

Stayed with my Mum in this lovely comfortable apartment. Parking right by the front door. Really warm and welcoming, a Christmas tree, Prosecco, fresh eggs and breakfast condiments in the fridge and fresh coffee. All lovely touches that added the cherry on the cake to our stay here. Will definitely return and can throughly recommend.

Chris and Jackie's Llandudno apartment is spotlessly clean and in an ideal location - super close walking distance to the beach front, shops and right opposite the Great Orme tram! It had everything we needed and Chris and Jackie were so helpful with extras that we required, such as a highchair and travel cot. The sunrises out of the kitchen-diner windows were stunning! We would love to return and would definitely recommend their place to others 😊 Thank you for having us! 😀
