Carrie is a great host, communicative, and very responsive. The place was cozy and so close to the snubber lift, it truly is ski in/ski out. it was the perfect place to end winter break with my boys.

beautiful cozy felt just like home. Extremely well stocked kitchen as far as cooking or baking and the whole experience made for a peaceful and cozy thanksgiving dinner with my husband and teenage son. Would absolutely recommend and will be back.

Excellent location with easy shuttle or ski in/out access. The house was perfect- lots of room for 8 people, nice fireplace and well stocked. David was very responsive and accommodating. Will visit again

This was the perfect home base for a multi-family ski trip. The kids loved the downstairs rec room and bunk beds. We will definitely be back.

We had such a wonderfully peaceful stay at Sue and Tom’s lovely home. The house is right on the water, and had everything we could possibly need. The lake was frozen so we were able to ice fish and watch for the flags from the hot tub. It was perfect - will definitely be back!

Attractive, immaculately clean, well-equipped home in beautiful, serene lakeside setting. Very much appreciated whole-house generator when power went out in the area due to a Thanksgiving day snow storm. Would like to go back next year!

The Cottage by the Sea was like a house-boat in space efficiency and design, but with more room and all the comforts of home. It had the feel of living on a boat, but with coziness and security. Leslie and Gordon were generous and friendly hosts, greeted us with warmth, and felt Maine-neighborly. Leslie was above board hospitable and helped us feel warmly welcome. The privacy, peace and quiet of our stay was a welcome respite after busy holidays.

We stayed for two weeks in November. Absolutely lovely and a wonderful stay. Loved the personal touches and extra effort. Such a fun guest book too!! Clearly a home that has hosted so many memories. We will miss it!

We had a wonderful time in Cushing and I highly recommend Samantha's house by the docks! Stunning scenery on the shore with beautiful views directly from the house and the deck. House is just like described, very well taken care of, super clean, comfy beds, and has everything one might need! We particularly enjoyed the sauna to warm up in cold winter temperatures and the scenic walks and hikes that are just a short drive away, as well as those cute towns around the area. Samantha was a wonderful host and very responsive to all of our questions! Again, can only recommend this place, and I hope we will come back someday!
