We stayed here for a family get together as we live all over the country we meet at least twice a year, The house was amazing, huge space plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms the house is located opposite a really good pub with very friendly helpful staff There are good circular walks around which were great for a wander, Noel was extremely helpful and communication was very quick, we were treated by a lovely welcome pack and a very warm house The hot tub was a very nice treat as is the sauna and hobbit house, The location is very easy to find, the village is 5 minutes from the A14 but you'd never know its so peaceful Would definitely recommend this house and it's owners as a great place to stay, and would like to return in the future,

We had a great weekend at Osprey Cottage. It was a really cosy cottage, sparkly clean and really comfortable. Ben & Marie go above & beyond to make you feel welcome with lots of pet friendly extra’s that make a world of difference. We’ll definitely return and stay again soon.

Having stopped at the cabin for 2 nights, we thoroughly enjoyed it stay. The cabin was easy to find, great instructions from the hosts. The cabin was clean and tidy and very welcoming. The information about the local area is great and waking up to watch the donkeys and horses is a real treat. We will absolutely be returning should we get the opportunity. Thanks

What an amazing place, I really could not fault it. Its spacious size, perfectly designed layout and meticulously clean rooms gave us that feeling of being home away from home. Kids had a blast with all the entertainment on offer and the host was super quick to respond to any needs we had. Plenty of street parking available and fantastically located, it really made travelling around so much easier. I will definitely be back here with my family and with such great value for money, I would hands down recommend this place for anyone.

Amazing place with a great host. A perfectly quiet and peaceful setting with some incredible views of the Leicestershire countryside. Not too far from the charming Market Harborough or the hustle and bustle of Leicester. The cabin was warm, cosy, clean and comfortable. Everything provided inside other than towels which is very reasonable. Our son really enjoyed the loft space! The hot tub was large and always warm. The host was very thoughtful throughout the whole of our stay. Nothing too much to ask. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a lovely two nights in June’s property. A great location for walks around Rutland Water. Sadly the local pub was closed so we had to go further a field for lunch but found a cracking pub called The Blue Ball. Clean and spacious property. We had a very chilled and relaxed weekend.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The cottage and the village are beautiful. Stephanie and her daughter gave us all the information we needed and were lovely to deal with. Hope to be back again soon!

Very close to city center

Loved every bit of staying with them. Place was clean and tidy and went out of there way to help me find extra accommodation when i was in need of somewhere to stay after staying with them. Definitely recommend to everyone

Amazing place, we were lucky enough to have the entire site to ourselves during our stay which made it feel even more private than it already is! Great setting, so easy to get down to the path around Rutland Water and stunning views at sunset over the water. Little touches from Natalia like the welcome gifts and birthday banner and balloons just made it the perfect trip. Thank you so much ☺️
