The stay was lovely and the children enjoyed the animals on the farm.

The apartment is very well equipped. In the kitchen, all necessary utensils were available. We had a nice time and felt very comfortable. There is enough space for 8 adults. The location is very nice and the weather also played along. We missed a hair dryer. However, it was not listed as amenities. All in all, a nice stay. 👍🏼 😊

Helma is a great host and I really enjoyed my stay in her flat and the lovely city of Sneek. The loft is right on the water and if you enjoy boat and people watching, this is the place for you!! Sneek is surrounded by the picturesque Fryslân countryside and towns that are easily reachable by bike. I recommend it 110% !!

It was perfect!! Definitely recommended. We hope to come back there again. By the way, a top location.

Great Hosts, Great place!

We had a wonderful time in Marian’s place. It’s very cute, with the bedroom partly under water level, which makes it extra romantic. Its super central and it had everything we needed for a weekend in Leeuwarden. Marian was also very responsive and flexible. Would recommend!

This was the fourth or fifth time staying in Frank and Gisele's house. Every stay is better than the previous one. I feel more and more at home. Frank and Gisele have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable, like rubber bands, batteries and tape in the kitchen drawer among other things. They are super nice and very responsive. It is obvious they love this little house which is tastefully decorated. The yard is lovingly cared for. The cookies, the bouquet of fresh cut flowers and the personal card on the kitchen table were so thoughtful and really made me feel welcome

We stayed at Anneke's place for two weeks. The house has all the comforts. It's fine to stay there for a longer period of time. The location is quiet and you have a nice view of the water. Plenty of dining options are available in Terherne that are also open outside the high season. Anneke is a nice person to have contact with and she responds very quickly.

Amazing Cozy house with beautiful patio and fireplace and equipped kitchen

Gea’s place felt very homey and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing girls’ weekend. We had fun hanging out in the cottage, cooking food and enjoying the view out over the water. It’s right by the train station and close to the old town part of Sneek. A welcome peaceful weekend stay!

Yanula was always very responsive and friendly. The communication was great and we were welcomed by the host, who was also very nice with us. The location is beautiful and I would definitely recommend staying there!

We had a wonderful week in Friesland. The cottage was fine: enough available for wonderful vacation, wonderful beds and also bedding fine for each other. The outdoor furniture was also in order with the hammock as a topper. It is also nice to be able to play tennis. Our boat was a short distance from the cottage, being able to sail and cycle.

We had a wonderful week at Wilma and Henry's cottage in Terherne. The house is very well equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, especially in the kitchen. The hot tub was a special highlight – you should only plan enough time to heat up, as Wilma also kindly explained in advance. Wilma has always communicated in a timely and comprehensive manner, which made check-in, stay and check-out very straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the house!

We stayed here for five weeks and really enjoyed the apartment. Diana was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed throughout our stay. The apartment was tidy and airy, with plenty of space and lots of natural light. A large and nice kitchen made it easy to cook too. With a short way to the city center and to the parks nearby, the apartment is perfectly located! We also really appreciated easy parking right outside the front door.

Stay is in a good location to the city center of Leeuwarden. Museums, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Well cared for stay. Good communication. Nice detail: the photo wall with what the street used to look like. Tip: the Miniature People hiking trail!

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very nice and clean. Only a little smaller than shown in the pictures, but completely ok for two people. We were very satisfied with everyone, especially Johanna was extremely friendly and accommodating! We were mainly fishing in Stavoren and had a lot of fun and beautiful fish. Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed the stay. The apartment is located centrally which makes it easy to each the city center. We found the apartment tidy and clean and things worked as described. Communication was excellent. The bed room is located to the backyard and thus quite, the living room/place for the second bed is located to the main street. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and had a good time.

Beautiful apartment with all the comforts. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. Beautiful surroundings. Also recommended in winter!

The long weekend in the apartment overlooking the lake was beautiful. The apartment is freshly renovated and we were welcomed with drinks and some treats in the fridge. We were even allowed to borrow the canoe to ride it across the lake. Joke and her husband Martin help wherever they can. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!
