Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Skjak

Amazing stay at this peaceful farm! The hosts were so kind and welcoming. We loved interacting with the animals and enjoying the beautiful countryside. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Perfect for a quiet getaway in nature!

We were three adults and two 14 year old boys who stayed 5 nights during the autumn holidays. We didn't feel like the space was cramped. Good and warm inside anyway if it was now autumn and cold outside. There was also an extra heater in the living room. Nice size in both bedrooms. Large bathroom with heated floors, washing machine and two sinks, plenty of space to dry clothes on clothesline. Laundry detergent and soaps and hair dryer in the bathroom. Enough hot water for everyone. We had everything we needed for cooking, everything was clean and nice in the kitchen and there was a dishwasher and coffee maker. Liv Trine had also stocked the coffee box and left us fruit. Good mattresses and nicely made beds with bed linen and towels from the local laundry. Cozy outdoor area with great views and garden furniture. Very nice and helpful host. We would love to come back.

This was our second time visiting Therese's nice house. Have had a nice stay and like the house very much:) We have had many nice hikes on the mountains around. The kids love the place! Recommended:)

We stayed in this house the week after Christmas and over New Year's Eve. Simply fantastic! The location is a dream. The accommodation has everything you need. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the wood-burning stove - very cozy! The view of the valley and the mountain panorama is incredibly beautiful. Our highlight: aurora on New Year's Day!

Very nice place to stay in beautiful Lom🥰 Recommend for stay if you want nice place with own history, walking distance and very helpful hosts. Walking distance with small kids to the city centre. Cozy and nice place to stay, kids love it, we too😊 Cabin steeped in history and this has its own atmosphere. Pieces of antique furniture, an old fireplace that gives the atmosphere in the evening surrounded by mountains that are visible from all the windows in the living room. With all issues we had, hosts were very helpful and gave all needed instructions. There were nothing what could destroy our mood in this beautiful surroundings ❤️

We used the cabin for a stopover on our way home, and it is quaintly cozy. Lots of wood and the old beams create a nice ambiance. Unfortunately, the cabin was cool when we arrived, outside temperature just above 0, the electric heating did not manage to warm up the rooms reasonably quickly, and there was no wood for the fireplace. It was breakfast in the morning. In summer, a clear recommendation, so unfortunately point deduction

Fantastic accommodation in an incredible location for enjoying the national park. The open fire place was a highlight.
