Vacation rentals with a patio in Skitača

At Mevlida's apartment, we felt like at home and enjoyed our stay very much. Check-in was easy. The apartment and the house in general were really clean and cosy arranged. Our highlights were pool and our huge private terrace. Mevlida is an easy-going, open, child-friendly and helpful host who welcomed us warmly, was very responsive and provided us with all information and hints to what we can do and where we can go (beach, restaurants etc). If we come to Istria again, we would love to stay at Mevlida's place again. Dear Mevlida, thank you for your plum cake and Croatian delicacies - everything was delicious!

We had a great stay at the very nice apartment. We found everything as described and the moderate conditions were still tapped by the very nice host who was always friendly on the spot. The apartment is really very tastefully decorated. Everything is picobello and of very good quality. It's more spacious than you would think from the photos. The atmosphere is private, undisturbed and relaxed. The best thing is the three cats and the dog with which not only the children enjoyed. Many thanks to the great hosts.

Alens place was lovely and very clean. We found the steep winding roads and sharp turns a bit of a challenge. She was lovely to deal with and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Would have liked to be a little closer to restaurants. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at Nataša’s apartment was just amazing. The apartment is located in quiet neighborhood, not too far from the beach. Inside there is everything you need even for a longer stay like washing machine and dishwasher. Nataša was really friendly and helpful, she even recommended a place where to buy best seafood in the city. Thank you!

I visited Crikvenica off season, so Ankica graciously offered me a bigger apartment then originally booked. She was very friendly and accommodating… place was quiet, clean and had an amazing view…

We had a great time this week in Kornič. Marko was impeccable, attentive to our every need and always ready to respond to our requests! We found a relaxed and relaxing environment, clean and quiet with all the comfort we expected. Pleasant surprises were the welcome drinks, a garden grape bag found on the 🍇 door on the way back from the beach (also very welcome from our little girl) and a memory that Marko left us when we left for the house! The kind of attention that makes a difference! We will definitely recommend it, and if we return to Krk on vacation we will come back here with pleasure!

Katja is a great host and welcomed us with a shot of a local drink, nice location and everything was clean.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

The place is very nicely decorated, clean, sophisticated, and spacious. The view is beautiful, Cvetomir is extremely nice and 3 minutes walk from the beach. I will definitely be back! :)

best location to reach the old town, with several big plus like the balcony with an amazing view on the city, the parking inside the court just in front of the appartament if you come by car, and the amazing smiling grandma welcoming us! we couldn t ask more for our stai!

We had a wonderful time in the house, the location is very quiet, the house very private. That has a beautiful outdoor area where we stayed most of the time. The communication with the owner as well as the agency was quick and always very polite. The house has everything you need

We spent New Year there. It was beautiful, with many fireworks visible from the balcony. The hosts were super friendly and kind; they even baked us welcome cookies. We will definitely return.

The place was really great. Everything was new and modernly furnished. The room was quite big so you have plenty of space. Everything was also sparkling clean. You don't have access to the garden, but you have a pretty cute balcony. The town of Pula is relatively close, but also many beautiful islands to visit by ferry from the nearby village of Fažan. Island of Brijuni was beautiful. The only downside to this accommodation was the dense traffic in front of the house, so you are more likely to only travel by car and not on foot. Inside is super isolated for this and you really don't hear anything in the evening. Mariette and her husband are two very kind, likeable and helpful people.

Apartment complete with everything , located in a strategic position near one of the most beautiful beaches in Pula , the city center 20 min walk , and close to a supermarket and a shopping center. I hope to be back soon.

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Nice apartement in the outskirts of Porec, at walking distance to the beaches. There is a living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also a terrace for private use, with a table, facing the direction of the sea. Renata was very helpful, and I spent a great week-end here.

I really liked the stayed at the wonderful apartment in Poreč. The apartment was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The space was clean, and everything was well-maintained, from the comfortable furniture to the fully-equipped kitchen. Nice bonus is that it was very easy to park in front of the apartment building every day, free of charge. One of the best aspects of this apartment was its fantastic location. Situated just a short walk from the city center, it made exploring Poreč incredibly easy. Whether I wanted to enjoy the historic old town, dine at charming restaurants, or stroll along the waterfront, everything was conveniently close. Despite its proximity to the center, the apartment was in a peaceful area, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were also very welcoming and attentive, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions and ensuring I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend.

It was really nice except for small defects ( ways to clean ) but super great! Everything available. Super big if you are traveling with children. We will be happy to come again. Recommended 99%
