Charming townhouse overlooking SvendborgSund

You've moved into Svendborg's Latin Quarter with the nicest view. If you start with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here, you can hardly detach yourself to experience the rest of the city. Stunning views of the wooden ship bridge with the archipelago ferry service from both the living room and the 1st floor. Lovely little garden and secluded terrace. But should you have time, the townhouse is one minute walk from the city center, cafes, restaurants, beach and bridge, ferries, train and bus. Min 2 days. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to stairs.

Lovely view of Svendborgsund

Get close to the water and enjoy the beautiful view and direct access to Svendborgsund. Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

You'll love my place because of the view of the water from every room and the huge terrace, from where you look down on the little beach with a fire pit. You will also enjoy barbecue while enjoying the view of the water, and with the new garden lounge, you have an extra room of 35 square meters. With beds (extra charge), you can accommodate 6 guests in three separate rooms. For anglers, it's just on with the waders and directly into the water - the trout are right outside the house. You're close to the bakery and Thurø's only place to eat.

In South Funen close to Svendborg, this large 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for the nuclear family with 2 adults and 2 children. For the apartment there is an alternative room divider, which separates the bedroom from the kitchen room. The apartment is located in scenic surroundings, which among other things offer cozy walks on the Archipelago Trail. In addition, there are good opportunities for public transport to both Nyborg and Svendborg. The rental is located about 100m from shopping opportunities and about 5 km to the beach.

Cozy apartment with sea view in Lohals

Small cozy apartment in Lohals. Need to relax with your better half or a good friend/friend in beautiful surroundings with great views of the water, 150 meters to the nearest bathing place and close to the beach and forest, then this lovely gem is a great offer. It has restaurants with delicious food, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance and there are many sights nearby. During the summer months, every Friday and Saturday there is music at the harbor + flea market every Tuesday. Experience lovely Langeland.

Sommerhus direkte til vandet. Idyllisk lille sommerhus på 15 m2 beliggende på 900 m2 ugeneret grund. Huset ligger ved skønne Elsehoved 3 km syd for Lundeborg, og med både skov og vand som nabo. Huset er velindrettet med seperat toilet. Vær opmærksom på at der kun er bruser udenfor. Denne er med afskærmning samt varmt vand. Der er bålsted med tilhørende gryder og pande. Desuden 2 havkajakker samt SUP boards til fri afbenyttelse. Sengen er en sovesofa med mulighed for at benytte topmadras.

Take the whole family to this cozy space with plenty of room for outdoor fun and fun. You'll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The accommodation is about 4 km from Svendborg's charming town center, about 2 km from Christiansminde beach and right next to Hallindskogen, where there are good running/hiking and mountain biking trails The apartment is located in extension of our own house, has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom/toilet and terrace.

Ø-stemning på Thurø. Sydfyns kultur og natur.

Hyggeligt indrettet gæstehus, med egen indgang og parkering. Midt i charmerende Thurø by. Kun få minutter fra nogle af de bedste lystfisker-spots på Sydfyn. Kort afstand til vandet i alle retninger. Egen terrasse med aftensol og grill. Perfekt for lystfiskere. Thurø og omegn har noget af Danmarks bedste Havørred vand. Tæt på smukke stier langs vandet hele vejen til Svendborg rige kulturliv. Kun 3km til Smørmosen strand (top 5 i DK) eller til Svendborg MTB-spor i Hallingskoven.

Cozy and stylishly decorated apartment of 57 sqm located in the middle of charming Thurø with short distance to the water in all directions. The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a lovely private patio. Here you can, enjoy the sun most of the day. The apartment is well-stocked with cooking utensils, good pots, etc. The home is in a nice old cinema consisting of two levels. There is free parking outside the courtyard and accommodation is via lockbox.

The home was built in 18409 and once housed the Old Costoms, has now been restored with respect for the old. The home is atmospheric and exudes home, so here it is easy to calm down and relax. There is plenty of space for the whole family in this spacious and unique home.
