We are so grateful for our gorgeous retreat at Kitsa’s home. We were very well looked after - and the home itself is so cosy and pretty. We’ve only ever had beautiful experiences with the Cretan people and this was no exception. Cretans are some of the best hosts - thank you Kitsa 🩵 Listaros is a postcard village and we highly recommend visiting Bar Zoi there too for some very blurry nights and good company !

Absolutely fantastic villa with amazing view just as advertised . I came with a party of 7 and Stamatis was absolutely Amazing and accommodating for everything we need , excursions and all. Place was extremely clean and was great for my 7 person party . My only thing would be we wish the warm showers were so few and far between .

This Airbnb is beautiful from top to the tip of the pool. Maria and Savas were excellent hosts, so proactive about suggesting great things to do and find on Crete - which as a larger Greek island has so much to offer. The attention to detail and artistry in the house was to such a standard we took pictures to use as ideas on how to decorate our future home. If you get to stay here, you are lucky!

We had a fantastic week at Harry‘s place. While the location is a bit remote, supermarkets and a restaurant are still within walking distance. For anything else, we had a rental car. The accommodation is excellently equipped. We were 7 people and more than enough dishes in the kitchen. We also made great use of the outdoor grill and pizza oven. Both the house and the outdoor areas are well-maintained, with someone coming every other day to clean the pool and tend the garden. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great villa perched up on a hillside, with stunning sea view. You definitely need a hire car as nothing much within walking distance but this was clear when we booked. Three lovely bedrooms, 2 en-suite. The outdoor kitchen is a really good feature. Friendly host who was flexible with check in and out times. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Good bits. The villa was outstanding, as described & the photo's don't lie! Pool is amazing as are the views. The villa & grounds spotlessly clean & spacious. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Nikos provided a lovely welcome pack, inc Oat milk as requested. He also gave us some good recommendations for ordering in (efoods app was great & better than trying to use the oven & utensils). The beds were very comfortable. We had a problem with the jacuzzi, but Nikos's father was there to sort it out within the hour! Can't fault the service or friendliness. We were a family party of 10 with an age range of 17 to 61. Not so good bits. Not enough plug sockets in the bedrooms & no window covering on the upstairs master bathroom. The cats! They drive you mad, they meow constantly & try to get indoors, you can't leave the doors open (problem when half the party love them & feed them!!! but the other half don't like cats). Taxi's expensive. Overall, would thoroughly recommend & return.

What a relaxing time we had. Alexia welcomed us with big smile and she explained how to find everything and how it works as well as whatever we needed she would be available to help us. The house is big,spacious, very clean and located in a perfect quiet location with lots of privacy. We arrived late, and there were food and drinks waiting for us. Couldn't recommend here enough!

It went very well: the house is as described and photographed. The location is perfect: close to the beach and several restaurants but also quiet. With the added bonus, a beautiful view of the sea and sunset.

We had a wonderful stay and hope to return someday: what a beautiful view, good location and fantastic amenities. We really enjoyed it!!

Wonderfully relaxing family holiday spent at Georgio’s place. We had a warm welcome and send off and George was always available when we needed him, at the same time also very respectful of our privacy. Local restaurants served good traditional food. The port was accessible by bus service and about €15 for taxi to Rethymno Port, although in my opinion should be considered if you are staying with young children or elderly, and so would consider hire car if you wish to explore local area. The villa’s pool was very clean and welcoming in the hot sun, and we all enjoyed the sweet and savoury treats that were baked and left for us during our stay, amazing! Overall we had a fantastic break and highly recommend a stay in Villa Rogdia.

Giorgos was a great host. Flexible with our demands and very responsive whenever we had any issues. For example, we had a hot water problem, which he resolved quickly after we informed him. The villa is very beautiful with a 360 view of Heraklion and the surrounding area. It has a great living room space for social gatherings, outside tables for dining and a grill. The kitchen was also well equipped with a large fridge+freezer, dish washer, microwave oven and gas hobs. The gym was well equipped and the swimming pool water was very clean. There was a washing machine with a lot of drying space. Several of the rooms have private bathrooms. The villa was not easily reachable by foot but that is the case for most places on Crete. It had however plenty of parking space and remotely operated gates. We didn't try the jacuzzi so can't comment on that and the piano was locked. Overall our stay was amazing, we're very happy and would recommend Giorgos as a host :)

If you’re looking at this home, book it now, do not hesitate. We’ve traveled extensively and this is the best experience we’ve had…both the home and our incredible host. The apartment is lovely and spacious and very private. This is the most “at home” we’ve felt in an air bnb home. Location is close to everything and has a spectacular view of the Venetian shipyards. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

The owners were great always on hand and responded very quickly - they arranged car hire and food delivery for our arrival. Would highly recommend this property especially if you like it private - it’s a great location to travel around due to close proximity to main roads to explore along the coast or go down to the south of the island. Would recommend you hire a vehicle, there is a Lidl 5 mins away and the main town is just around 10 mins. This would be ideal for family with older children as there is a great pool and plenty of activities ie pool table / table tennis table. The property was extremely clean with plenty of towels and lovely basket with some fruit / wine on arrival - great hosts and property….

Really magical place. Just a stone's throw from the village center. The place was comfy, well thought out, clean, the views were amazing and Monica was very kind and flexible. I would absolutely recommend this place :)

Lovely place to stay, we loved it!!! Anastasia was quick to respond and very friendly. I would stay here again on my next visit. make sure you eat at the tavern at the end of the street if staying, great food and drinks!

Accommodation is exactly as seen on the pictures. Theodoros is a very good host is always very friendly and always available. He sent us some restaurants and shopping opportunities after we arrived. Our check-in and check-out was flexible and could be adjusted to our flight times by arrangement. All in all, we felt very welcome and in good hands from day 1! I can recommend the villa of Theodoros to anyone who wants to take a nice vacation in Crete without hesitation!

We had an amazing stay at Charikleia’s beautiful house! The house itself is clean and looks like the photos, and the garden and pool area is even nicer than it looks on the listing!

Had a fantastic stay at the apartment, great host and very responsive. Apartment was as described and more, the pictures do not do it justice. Really lovely touches to make you feel at home straight away, including groceries and local produce waiting for us on arrival. Loved the stay and would come back!

Great stay at quiet villa I a quiet village (just us, the goats, chickens and cockrels and occasional horse) with fantastic views of the mountains. Good supply of kitchen equipment. We were very grateful for the wine, cake, fruit water and cheese on arrival. Although we did not organise any extracurricular activities with them, the managing company was proactive and responsive, polite and helpful. A car is a must to get around the island easily at your own pace and timetable. We visited beaches, caves, monestries and botanical gardens and ate at lovely restaurants as well as cooking at the Villa. If you like outdoor cooking and are a larger group (we were just two) there is a spacious outdoor kitchen including grill, and pizza/bread oven and sink all under a shading Olive tree at the back if the vila. Fully recommend a stay at the Villa and in Crete

It was a great stay. A little remote but with a car it was perfect. A few minutes you were at the promenade and restaurants and bars were also easily accessible. Overall, we were very satisfied
