Apartment 100% as described. We were pleasantly surprised: the apartment is definitely spacious, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The furniture is very modern. Impeccably clean. The location is strategic: in less than a minute on foot you can find yourself in the main street of the center of Castiglione with numerous shops and restaurants (a tip: always book for time because you risk staying without dinner! We were in Castiglione in the week of August and without booking it was difficult to find a place even late in the evening). In a few minutes by foot you can find yourself on the waterfront where there are many beach establishments but also numerous free beaches. Right outside the apartment, the supermarket is very comfortable! Niccolò and Daniela were always kind and super helpful: we especially thank Daniela for all the tips she gave us!!!! Not recommended!

We loved this place! It was very comfortable for 2 couples. We loved the outdoor patio and the amazing view of Tuscany hillsides from there. The location was perfect to get pastries in the morning and dinner at night nearby. And Montepulciano is a perfect base to explore Tuscany and Umbria. Our host was great and very friendly with lots of info on the area. The washer and dryer were a real plus! Our only difficulty was the stairs due to our being older and having some knee issues.

The apartment is in a fabulous location and overlooks the piazza. Close to restaurants and the Gelateria. The apartment is so central and is comfortable, warm and welcoming. All amenities as listed. Apartment was clean and spacious. Francesco communicated well and instructions to park and get to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Close to all the attractions, comfortable bed, lovely shower and what a view over the piazza. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in San Gimignano.

Very spacious, well-kept apartment with everything you need. Super equipped kitchen, very fragrant linens and towels! Great location to reach the center on foot and very useful car parking. The only flaw found is the lack of bidet in the bathroom, which is essential for Italian families.

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the kids loved it as well. A special thanks to Francesca and Ivan for the thoughtful welcome message and the goodies—they made our experience even more memorable!!

Place was nice, 2 good sized rooms. TV & other amentities in smaller bedroom were unplugged. The space is easy to access & host was nice. However, there were ants on a bed, on floors & in bathroom area.

Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

I had an unforgettable stay at Casa Elisa, located at the foot of the beautiful Cortona. The atmosphere is magical: a perfect fusion of Tuscan tradition and modern comfort. The rooms are elegant and quite spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The garden with pool is an oasis of tranquility, ideal to relax with a good book or to enjoy an aperitif at sunset. But it's the warmth and hospitality of Elisa's family that makes the stay really special. Their availability in providing information about places to visit and recommended restaurants makes all the difference. I highly recommend Casa Elisa to anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Tuscany, living an authentic and unforgettable experience.

Rossella's place is comfortable, spacious, well-structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very spacious, a nice well-kept garden, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We definitely can only recommend Rossella's place.

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

The host was very friendly , prepared a delicious and pleasant dinner for sure we will remember our stay as a pleasant experience. The addition of breakfast may have complemented the lovely experience we had. Thank you so much Andrea.

The place was great. Such a peaceful place with amazing views of the countryside. The road is a little rough, so drive carefully, but the place itself was amazing. Bryan and his wife were super kind and helpful. They make you feel at home. The property was so beautiful and great to explore. Definitely recommended!

I can’t say enough about our stay. Cora and Carlotta were fabulous to work with, incredibly responsive and helpful! The apartment is beautifully decorated and neat as a pin! The location is the cherry on the top!!! Right in the middle of the main square with a fantastic balcony to enjoy the busy square. Loads of shops and restaurants literally at your door step! Where do I begin? This place is just lovely. My husband, two young kids and I stayed here for a week and we loved it so much. We felt right at home. Andrea and Antonella hosted us with so much care and love. We felt like family, and they were so kind and thoughtful with our young children. They allowed us for a flexible check in and check out and provided baby gear needed. Antonella helped us with a tricky parking situation and dedicated time to helping us move our car and bring out suitcases. Our kids loved her so much and she even gave them cute gifts. The location is perfect, right by the restaurants and main plaza. The view is incredible. We felt so lucky to have found this place and will definitely be back!! ❤️

The location of this apartment was great, in a beautiful little village in the middle of Tuscany. It is a town house over 3 floors. It had everything you need for a great stay. There is no lounge but a small kitchen with a table and an armchair but for a family of 3 it was perfect. The view was amazing especially with the low clouds travelling across the valley. The flat was well decorated. There is a couple of restaurants down the road but no shop. The main town is about 10/15mns away by car. You will need a car. We would highly recommend this place if you want to explore some of the beautiful Tuscany villages. Thank you for hosting us.

Simona was a fantastic host. She was flexible with our arrival as our flight was many hours delayed. There was a bit of construction near her place so she met us at a convenient spot and helped us find her lovely home. Simona has created a cozy, comfortable, spotless home that was a perfect home base for us as we traveled with our 25 year old daughter. (The sofa bed was excellent!) Can’t say enough about Simona’s responsiveness… and she saw us in a bar as we were departing and bought us a coffee! If you need a space to really spread out, this may not be right for you… but if you’re looking for everything you need in lovely home with a spectacular view… this is it.

We loved the villa! it exceeded our expectations in comfort, ease, and beauty in every way! The photos cannot communicate the tranquility and charm of the house and view. Patricia is a wonderful host and directed us to a restaurant with the best views and food we had in all of Italy. It was perfect and we hope to return one day! Such a lovely place as a "base camp" to visit the many wonderful surrounding attractions! Love this villa!!!

Small and functional appartement just outside the walls of San Gimignano. Perfect for 2 people who will want to explore the medieval city and surroundings. We were welcomed by host who took time to share tips for hikes.

Francesco and Patrizia were some of the best hosts we have had the pleasure of meeting to date. We felt like part of the family and community and he did a wonderful job of helping us feel that way. Francesco has lived in Massa Marittima all his life and can tell you the rich history of the town, the best places to eat, and good places to visit! We even had the pleasure of having dinner with him and his wife one evening at a local restaurant. We definitely want to come back and visit them again, he may have been a host but we felt like friends and family.
