Vacation rentals in Simos beach

We had a wonderful stay in Maria’s house and Monemvasia is magical. It was very stylish, comfortable and there was a great attention to detail. We loved wondering around Monemvasia, swimming in the sea, two minutes from the house, and our visit to Elafonisos. Many thanks.

We had an amazing time at Soulas place! The home was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location was ideal, quiet, with easy access to Neapolis center. Soula was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Kitchen could be a bit better equipped. Another smaller pot. Stove moderate. In November you can only take care of yourself in Skoutari. And: Too bad the stairs were not replaced. Location great.

We had an amazing stay at Leda’s place in Gytheio. Our party was 4 adults and an 18 month old baby. On arrival we were greeted by Domitius & Mona, the housekeepers who live downstairs. They were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Before and throughout our stay Leda was always available to answer any questions we had. The apartment is a beautiful large unique property with breathtaking views out to sea. It has a very well equipped kitchen, good bathrooms, hot showers and comfortable beds. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and taking in the views including watching a wedding on the island just opposite. The property is within a few minutes walk of the centre of Gytheio which has numerous restaurants, shops and amenities. Some restaurants, we particularly enjoyed were To Mouikov and Trata (the fish platter at Trata was delicious! Leda’s place is a brilliant base to explore the Peloponnesus and a perfect retreat to relax in at the end of the day.

Perfect & clean, modern appartment, with everything & more you will need to spend a fantastic holiday in a small but well provided village! (Supermarked & restaurants just 2 min) (Sandy beach beach is opposit the appartment, to take dip or lounge on the sunbeds & walking distance 3 other beaches to chose from) The front balcony with good table & chairs give a beatifull sea view over the few restarants, bars & sunrise in extraordinary colors!! On the back, where is the entrance, is a yard you can also sit, dry your beachtowels or loundry. (waschingmachine provided) So you can chose to sit in the sun or shade & quiet or watching the seaside with people stroling by in their best summer outfits! The restaurants are all very good quality & enough variarty. Spiros is an exelent host & will respond fast to anything you ask or you might need! I totally recomment Sea Eurchant to anyone who wants to come explore & njoy the beautiull island Kithira & stay in Sea Eurchent as the perfect base!

Kimo's house truly is a little paradise! We felt right at home and had the most lovely stay in the mountains with an incredible view over the ocean. The house and surroundings were super quiet, so we could really wind down and relax. Also Kimo was super helpful and shared a lot of nice recommendations for the area. We would love to come back one day <3

This was our first time visiting the Mani Peninsula and I’m so glad we did. Zein and Andy’s home is gorgeous. It was very comfortable and quiet with beautiful scenery and surroundings. The pebble beach down the road was great for swimming with crystal clear water. Zein and Andy were incredible hosts and very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was everything we hoped for and more. We would love to return and stay longer! We miss it (and them 😊) already!

A fantastic find. Georgia is so welcoming and because of high wind, possibly meaning my ferry might not go to Kythera, she held my room until sailing was confirmed. l am looking forward to staying there on my return to the mainland. The nearby beach gave my dog plenty of space to run whilst the geese and horse gave her plenty to think about!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's house. It's a beautiful stone house in a peaceful location and walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. The house was very clean and very well equipped. The sunset views from the terrace were amazing. We will definitely be returning.

Small ground floor apartment, very simple; matches the photos well. The essentials are available to stay there (may be missing a coffee maker;) ). Very clean. Shared but nice exterior. The main room that acts as a bedroom is air-conditioned (but relatively cool room even without air conditioning despite the outside heat). (No curtains at the glass entrance door so daylight wakes you up early but it allows you to enjoy the days longer!) Close to city center and beach. Quiet area. Very fluid communication, very nice hosts. 40 min from Pounda (port for Elafonissos) and 35 min from Monemvasia, so perfect location to crisscross the surrounding area. Thank you for the short stay!:)

This tiny house inside the walled city was lovely! It's built into the castle wall! Very awesome experience. It was very clean and had nice quality things. The host was wonderful, very friendly, helpful. The location is perfect. I highly recommend staying here.
