Vacation rentals with beach access in Simcoe County

Maria’s space was absolutely amazing. Anything you would need to feel at home they provide. From good quality personal hygiene products to full cabinets stocked with seasonings and teas, this airbnb had it all. This space would be tight for 4 people however, it was ideal for 2 girls on a weekend get away.

Review: I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Blue Mountain! The place was incredibly cozy, beautifully decorated, and had more amenities than we even needed. From the fully stocked kitchen to the thoughtful snacks, every detail was well thought out to make our stay comfortable. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to the village, making it easy to explore while still enjoying a quiet retreat. The host was so kind and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Stayed for valentines day, beautiful walk to the local dominos where my husband and I were able to bring home our dinner (our favourite pizza). The furniture is very comfortable and the victorian architecture of the place was amazing. The host was kind enough to even leave us snacks! We would definitely come back :D Thank you Michael

easily one of the best air bnb experiences i’ve had. carley’s place was spotless and beautifully decorated for the guests, plus there were so many thoughtful touches all around that we appreciated, like wireless chargers on each side of the bed, robes and slippers, and table settings. the hot tub area is beautifully done as well. lastly, carley’s communication was spectacular. definitely recommend this place.

The coziest getaway!!! We absolutely loved this place, if you're thinking about booking you won't be disappointed! Kenneth's place was very clean, and cozy, the photos were identical!! Our favourite part was the hot tub, it was very relaxing! We really enjoyed our stay, and I wish we could've stayed longer, we'll definitely be back!! This place is located in the small town of Gravenhurst, which is the most adorable town, there were so many cute shops and a good selection of restaurants/coffee shops near by.

Overall, a great property. Extremely clean, unit has all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. Less than a 5 minute walk from the closest ski hill. Will definitely return again.

We had a great stay here! Helen was so accommodating and was able to host us so last minute after another location cancelled on us the day of! We really enjoyed playing the large selection of board games that were available there and the kids loved the bunk beds! Very clean

Great place to stay during the summer. 5 mins walk to Wasaga beach. Our host, Dennis, was very responsive and helpful and even got us an extra heater since we visited during fall and the weather was a little chilly. They also helped out and unlocked the doors when we locked ourselves outside. Overall, good place to relax with family and friends near Wasaga Beach though would recommend visiting in summer as there's more to do during that season.

Debbie’s place is spotless and has everything you need. She considers every details in all the rooms, her place is beautiful and comfortable, highly recommended.

A few days at this tiny cabin was just what I needed. The place was clean, cute, and cozy for a winter retreat. There was lots of snow on the ground and high winds during my stay but the cabin stayed warm and dry. It was a peaceful area, with a short walk to the iced-over bay. Would definitely like to visit again!

beautiful home & lovely hosts!

We had a great time! Lots of water toys for the kids (kayaks, paddle boards etc). Walking distance to playground and town. Fishing was fun and beautiful scenery from our front window. We can’t wait to go back :)

We had wonderful weekend staying at Tery & Sara’s Tiny Beach Blue House. The cottage was clean with all essentials in order. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Georgian Bay (Tiny, ON).

My son and his friends had a great time. The games room was a hit! And was very close to Blue Mountain which was exactly what we wanted. Jer was a great host and extremely responsive. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Staying at Carolyn’s place was an excellent choice! Carolyn was very responsive, communicative and accommodating. The instructions provided were simple and easy to follow. The unit is stunning! You can tell it was designed very well & thoughtful pieces throughout the unit. The unit was really clean. The area had amazing restaurants & shops to check out. I plan to be back during the summer!

Kevin was a responsive and friendly host, and his place is clean and comfortable and very close to Friday Harbour. We loved the balcony for breakfast and coffee, and the condo itself was full of friendly folks. We can't wait to go back sometime!

A quiet gem. Private with a beautiful forest view. The perfect winter getaway. Pristinely clean and all the amenities a family of 4 would need. Ski in and out access is a plus (snow dependent). My family plans to return.

Apartment was even beyond our expectations. It was the most amazing place we have ever rented on New Year holidays. There were 6 people and the place was big and comfortable enough for everybody. Moreover, the apartment was extremely clean and had everything in it to live for short or long terms without any issues. The apartment is located in Friday Harbour which is the perfect place to live in. There are lots of shops, restaurants, a beautiful marina, pool , beach club nearby. We also went for skiing to Horseshoe resort, which took us approx 30 minutes to get there. Shai is a wonderful host, he was in touch during the entire period of our stay in his apartment. He left us a bottle of wine and chocolates as a present, it was so cute. Thank you so much for your attention and care. We will definitely rent your apartment again.

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend, it was a great location, Joe was very responsive and friendly! We had only 1 concern with the bbq that was not clean, but it has been handled with effectively. Overall space was very clean, it was easy to find kitchen supplies, and other items in the house! A great location with stores, restaurants at a walking distance, and other attractions within a 30 minute drive

Immaculately clean, spacious, and Beautiful condo. It had everything we need and a few steps to the marina. Easy instructions to get inside and parked. I highly recommend!
