This was such a wonderful place to stay in the warm summer weather. The heated swimming pool is right outside the door. Every morning it was such a treat to take a leisurely stroll along the Ballito promenade boardwalk, to grab a cup of coffee at Clarke Bay. Wonderful central location! We spotted dolphins almost everyday and could hear the waves while we slept at night. The flat is great for kids as they can play on the communal lawn outside. It was lovely, clean and modern. Wonderful security guards and resort staff. Check in was quick and easy. Fully equipped kitchen, you dont need to bring a thing. Lovely patio with a Weber braai and communal braais also available. Baby high chair and bath included.

My family and I had a great time. The unit was clean, comfortable and private. We also found the unit to be well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The aircon and fans were also a great addition given the warm and humid weather. Heather was a great host and always available for any questions we had during our vacation. Santorini itself is also a well maintained and secure estate which assisted in our stay being comfortable.

We had an incredible stay at Nivesh's beautiful sea-facing unit.! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and the views were just as breath-taking. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Nivesh, for an amazing getaway!

We heard an excellent 👌 stay, Ashok hosting is brilliant no hassles about checking in and out. The place is beautiful with great views. I highly recommend this place for a family or a small group of friends. The private pool upstairs is a plus, with great views to the harbour and beach.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your apartment and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, within walking distance to nearby attractions. The surrounding area was quiet, yet vibrant. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be back!

Lovely unit in the Balwin Ballito Hills estate. Everything was on point and almost felt like home away from home. Smart home control by Alexa took some getting used to, but fun and convenient to use. Unit has everything to ensure a good long or short term stay. Domestic came in twice a week. Even helped with personal laundry. Security is tight and access control took some effort to get working but once set up properly worked effectively. We made good use of the estate pool, cafe, padel courts. Owner was easy to deal with and he responded timely when texted. Will definitely return if required.

This place is immaculate. From the kitchen to the bedrooms, nothing in this place feels less than perfect. We enjoyed our stay so much. Katie put in so much thought to the surroundings. She is a responsive host, and quick to help. The bedding was so comfortable, and incredibly cozy. This is truly a luxury, and restful experience staying there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything necessary for dining. It is secure, and quiet. We had a few issues but always had great communication with Katie who helped.

What a beautiful unit with beautiful views ! just the escape from the city that we needed! Amazing finishing touches and attention to detail from beach towels to a well equipped kitchen ! The unit was cosy enough to feel right at home while uncluttered to not feel overwhelmed with the usual holiday baggage. We will definitely be back :D

Me and my family had an amazing stay at Janine’s place, from the moment we arrived we felt right at home. Janine is an exceptional host, friendly, accommodative and incredibly thoughtful. Janine provided great recommendations for local attractions and kept us updated about everything from the weather forecast as we wanted to go to the beach, she even recommended the best and safest beach to go too. She definitely went out of her way to make sure we had everything we wanted during our stay, from complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, rusks and snacks to providing us with fresh milk :). The space itself was extremely clean, comfortable especially the beds after our long haul flight. Janine’s home is beautifully decorated with personal touches and all the amenities I could ask for which made it feel more like home. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and would definitely be staying here again with my family as the estate is kids friendly and safe. Thank you Janine for your hospitality:)

Ashley was a wonderful host, very helpful and good communication! The house was great had everything you needed and the open plan lives so well! Only downside there was only AC in the main bedroom but all rooms had fans. We loved our stay!

We had a super stay at Mark's house. Lovely living area downstairs, with an outside space which is perfect for bbqs and sundowners. The vegetation around the house made us feel close to nature, as did the wildlife in the Estate. The bedrooms were all a good size and it was lovely to be able to see the ocean from our room. A super place to stay for our family holiday, and an excellent location from which to explore and enjoy the local area.

Lindy’s home was an incredible haven for our weekend away: it felt like home from the start. Immaculately clean, and with beautiful sea and forest views - it’s a tranquil refuge that we’ll certainly return to. Cannot recommend enough and we will certainly be back.

One of the best AIRBNB we have stayed in. Loved the large open communal space and beautiful decor. Loved cooking in the kitchen with amazing views over the garden. Excellent estate with lovely surroundings. Great location to Salt Rock and Ballito with many local amenities around the corner. Gorgeous big main bathroom and natural setting. Fabulous location and a lovely villa. Beds were super comfy and the air cooling system and fans worked very well. Looked just like the pictures. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and to the boardwalk and beach. We used the communal pool which was a lovely area and much of the time it was like our own private pool! Also accommodated a late check out for us which was very much appreciated! Thank you

The house was the most beautiful place you have ever rented. The house and furnishings were of an extremely high standard, luxurious, comfortable and every need was catered for. Beautiful entertaining area outside with swimming pool and bar. Staying in this home, was the same as staying in a luxury 5 stay hotel except it was homely, beautifully furnished and extremely spacious. l If you ever have the opportunity of staying in this beautiful home, you will not be disappointed as it exceeded all expectations.
