Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Silenen

Like the first time, we felt right at home from the first moment. Jonas took care of everything: the heater was turned on, pasta and tomato sauce provided for a first dinner, and even a bottle of his own white wine was in the fridge! We made excursions to Lake Lugano or nearby Italy. In the evening we usually ate at one of the three restaurants. They can be reached in a few steps, all recommended, the car can stop and we could enjoy a Ticino wine without a bad conscience, salute! We also cooked "at home". The kitchen is superbly furnished and the ingredients for a fine meal are available in the village shop! Don't forget to treat yourself to a cappuccino or an aperitif in the bar vis à vis vis à vis before or after shopping. There are always interesting conversations with the other guests. Sessa is still an intact Ticino village and worth a trip!

We were with two dogs in Giuseppe's house, the garden is large and completely well fenced. Very nice hikes possible directly from the house. The house has everything you need, perfect for a nice vacation. Thank you so much for having us and we'd love to come back.

We spent three wonderful nights in the super well-maintained and renovated house of Noé and Janin. I would particularly like to highlight the pleasant, uncomplicated communication with Noé over the days, the great kitchen appliances and of course the beautiful cozy garden, which invites you to linger. Fantastic stay, the house is very clean in a quiet area and close to the center of Gravedona, a 5-minute walk away. The garden around the apartment is really spacious with a very nice veranda to have dinners with friends and with friends. House equipped with everything, Nicola, Monica's son is really helpful and kind, attentive to our needs. Impeccable stay. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday!

We are delighted with our stay during the New Year's period, with the added bonus of fireworks all around the lake visible from the terraces of the house! Catalda is welcoming and hosted us very well. The house is impeccable and well arranged. Nothing is missing. Amazing place!check-in and easy communication. We love the space, complete kitchen to prepare a meal (it has an oven, and items such as salt, olive oil and other seasonings), and the bed is very comfortable. We were stationed in fear of the cold, but the warm-up was great. Also Bea welcomed us with a local chocolate and left outlet adapters in case we needed it, and I thought it was super considerate!! We also did not indicate a restaurant close by to try the fondue ( hotel and restaurant Hirschen), we love the experience, they were very kind to realize that we do not speak fluent English or German, and we were able to communicate well!Super we recommend this airbnb.

One of the best Airbnb stays in a long time – the two of us were there for a week. Spacious place, very chic and stylishly furnished, and of course the hot tub on the very large roof terrace is a highlight - or just spend the evening in front of the cozy fireplace. In direct walking distance, everything is available (shops, restaurants, etc.) Overall highly recommended!

Ideal accommodation for 2 people, small but there is everything you need, super well-equipped kitchen. The location is also a strong point, 1 min from the funi, we didn't touch the car the whole week. Beautiful mountain views with a small garden. The apartment is in a great location close to the ferry, and close to the central part of Varenna where restaurants and bars and grocery shops are. Also close to the Monastero gardens, and the path up to the castle. The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms, living area, outside deck area, kitchen, small porch, full bathroom. It is off the main street so is very quiet. At this time of year in November many places are closed so need to check what is open. The ferry across to Bellagio is well worth the trip with boats running almost every 30 minutes.

Our stay at Andrea’s place was absolutely fantastic! Every detail was so well thought out that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, allowing us to arrive without any hassle. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that Andrea’s truly cares about the comfort of their guests, and we deeply appreciate it. If you are looking for a cozy and worry-free stay, this is the perfect place. We felt very comfortable. The view view on the lake is priceless. Yes, there is a street under the apartment, but this did not bother us. In the kitchen, everything you need is very clean and not worn. Also otherwise it was very clean and the bed comfortable. Check-in was super easy, as Alessandro sent me detailed pictures and was therefore very easy to find. He was also quick to respond to questions. Thanks for that 😊 If we are in the area we will be happy to come back.

The stay at Patrizia's apartment was excellent. Especially the communication, the tidy impeccable apartment as well as the two large and cozy balconies were great. The somewhat outdated coffee machine may no longer meet today's needs. However, I was amazed at how good the coffee tasted and this without capsules. We'd love to be back in Patrizia's apartment.

A very nice apartment on the water with a great view. A very good location to easily visit Lake Como, Milan, the Borromean Islands, Lake Lugano… We would highly recommend this dream location.
