Best place to stay the night if you plan to go to Mapanuepe Lake. Quiet neighborhood, house is very spacious, very clean, the fabric smells good, complete utensils and cookware. 11/10 would recommend.

Place was clean and nice. The full kitchen and grill were very useful, given that there are no much restaurants in the area. Sir Alain was very responsive and Ms. Rhea (the housekeeper) were very helpful. The locals on the street were also very welcoming and accommodating. Only problem we had was the AC not cooling up the house for some periods of time. Overall, the stay was great.

The host was very responsive and always willing to accommodate our requests. The place was clean and had plenty of beds. We loved the kitchen area, as it had all the cookware and utensils we needed, along with a water dispenser. The only minor inconvenience was the 2-minute walk from the parking area to the property, as it’s located in the middle of other resorts, but it was manageable. We might consider coming back. :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Jo's place, and it was an absolute delight. The place is beautifully designed, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The open-air concept allows for plenty of natural light and fresh air, creating a serene and relaxing ambiance. Kuya Gerry and his family took care of us during our stay. They attended to our needs right away. Miko, their little son was adorable. He took us to the beach and seemed so happy to assist whenever we asked for help. We rented a boat and went snorkeling near the beach. We were lucky enough to see 'pawikans' (sea turtles). It was truly a wonderful experience. While the open-air design does attract a few insects, it's a small price to pay for the incredible experience. The combination of comfort, natural beauty, and excellent service made it a memorable experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. :)

Sam and Bibe’s place was highly recommended by my friend because she enjoyed her stay there, and we’re so glad she recommended us this place. It checks all the boxes we were looking for our weekend getaway, hosts were very accommodating, polite and helpful, recommended all the good spots around the area. The place is very cozy, peaceful and somewhat quiet because it’s kinda secluded or far from the other places in Liwa. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, if we planned our weekend getaway a bit earlier, we could’ve stayed there a bit longer, 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Had a great stay with our family last Christmas. The place was peaceful and away from busy resorts. The place was also complete from kitchen utensils to serving dishes to dining sets. There were a lot of amenities to enjoy also e.g. seimming poll, billiards, karaoke, card games, space for beach volleyball. Plus points to the AC in the living room! It was also near the beach but not beachfront. You have to cross the road and walk a few minutes.

We love the location, it’s in a peaceful place with 24/7 guarded entrance & a number of parking spaces. Crispin is very responsive & so sweet to provide coloring books & crayons which my kids loved! The arcade is a big hit for my kids! The rooms are spacious & the beda are big. Both bathrooms are clean and the heater works nicely. The kitchen appliances are complete and helpful. The caretaker is also on time and prompt. The location has 2 nearby convenience stores which is great! We were able to buy meat and veggies and we made some soup. The people in the neighborhood are nice and friendly. The security guards are courteous and very helpful. You can order food & medicines via grab. The house is cozy yet modern, if you have kids traveling with you they will not bored. Crispin has everything, from first aid kits to game boards , wifi, poker table, darts, netflix & disney+! Body wash & shampoo available too! We took a 18-20 mins drive to the beach. We will definitely be back!
