I stayed almost two weeks here while I was doing my FCL exams in SENASA, and the experience was very good. The location is perfect if you go by car, it has a good garage square and there is always room outside, it is just 10 minutes from SENASA and 20 minutes from the airport. The facilities are in good condition and everything worked properly, except for a little problem with the fridge, which Gema, the host, fixed immediately. The atmosphere favors the studio (4/5). Some noise from the community padel court can be heard in the evenings, but there are no annoying neighbors or major disruptions, so it's a quiet spot. Gema's treatment was excellent: a very friendly, attentive and always willing to help host. He even gave me useful tips for exams. I recommend this place to both SENASA students and anyone visiting Madrid. It's comfortable, conveniently located, and with a host who takes great care of her guests.

The duplex is spectacular - spacious, modern and with impeccable decor. Everything was very clean and well equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and always available to answer questions and give great recommendations. The location is unbeatable, close to the main tourist spots and restaurants, but in a quiet area to rest. We would definitely recommend it and return in the future.

Aurora is a charm, always communicative, and offering facilities. We were missing the nespresso machine because we were carrying capsules, and the next day at first we had it available. The house is cozy , clean and great to spend a few days with friends and family. A pleasure to have people who open the doors of their home with so much affection and hospitality, without a doubt it is from those corners that surrounds, everything is well decorated, its very nice patio Iara make BBQ or Paella, and the cave where they have the wine jars to go back to another time, a luxury!!!

Really nice stay at Jorge's appartement. Everything you need there , and cosy for chilling after a good walk in the mountain. We were able to cook and the apartement was very clean. Just be careful there are a lot of stairs, it may be a problem for very tall people. Thank you Joge !

Great house in a lovely family friendly area. Very easy to get to airport and into the centre of Madrid by metro or bus.

A lovely industrial-style oasis near Retiro Park. The place was spotless when we arrived and a full kitchen to cook meals for our group. No cars honking, no loud tourists, just trees and relaxation — a rare find in Madrid!

On an intense weekend we were looking for an oasis and we found it. Everything you need to rest and services by hand. Aimed for next time.

Rut assisted us with check in. She was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment has beautiful windows and high ceilings with ornate moldings. The kitchen was quite spacious. A king size bed in the primary bedroom was a nice treat.

Perfect location to explore Madrid, with easy access to many restaurants and cafes, a quick walk to Prado / Museo Reina Sofia / Thyssen (10 min or less each), and still set off/ tucked away enough to feel some calm / at home feeling. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Wash / dry machine was also convenient for a longer multi-stop trip. Communication with host was easy, fast, and clear. Getting in and out of the apartment and building was SO easy and straight forward - a big plus and not always a guarantee with Airbnb. Would recommend
