Fantastic property in a great location. We loved how private it felt whilst still only being a short hop to breath taking locations. The pool is outstanding and everything is clean and catered for. If you want to visit a beautiful place, receive a wonderful warm welcome and be sad to leave then this is the place for you!

This beautiful Gite was perfect for us. We loved the peaceful location, the well kept grounds and the beautiful pool area which we only sometimes shared with the 2 occupants of the smaller gite. Often, we had it to ourselves. Chris and Debbie were really lovely and helpful with lots of recommendations- from markets to local restaurants. They set up a private chat group when we arrived so they could be on call if required and pass on any useful information. Debbie arrived at our door one day as we headed out for a trip with a cool box, which was a lovely gesture . On another day, she arrived at the pool with a jug of chilled sangria. Their lovely friendliness contributed to our enjoyment of this property. As someone who is often a gourmet buffet for local insect life, the mosquito nets over the beds were very welcome. Our girls loved the grounds, including the swing next to the gite, although the pool made it for them. We would happily recommend it to everyone we know.

Also, although we were not able to meet Dominique,we spoke by phone and message ,she was always very responsive,gave good advice and available when needed! We just spent a week in this pretty terraced house but zero opposite, well insulated house. A very spacious house, tastefully decorated. Absolutely everything is new. Three large bedrooms with good quality bedding and very well protected bedding. Plenty of storage (closet every room in the house). Our kids loved the pool, so did the parents, but there were a few degrees missing given the cool nights. Air conditioning is also a plus for this listing. We only used it for a few hours because sincerely the house was super cool (knowing that it was more than 30° all week). Pleasant surprise also to see in the kitchen: salt, peppers, spices, coffee pods, tea, sugar etc. Quantity bath towels nothing to say perfect. In short, I no longer have much room to thank Alain for his very warm welcome, he will not hesitate to share with you the wonders to visit in his pretty region that he talks about with heart.

We were very well received, the house and pool are very clean, we recommend this place. Good location and nearby businesses. A few directions are to be reviewed on the listing, such as the house number, the check-in and check-out times are incorrect and we were asked to come with our sheets when we had already left. That said, the owner is available, accommodating and very pleasant.

Anne is a very responsive person. The accommodation is perfectly located for a visit to Biron Castle as well as the surrounding castles. The house offers all the necessities. And the walled garden is really a plus.

Lovely clean, traditional french town house, close to the centre of Begerac. Claire provided lots of local information and was always available to answer any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to return in the future. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant contact and welcome with Elisabeth and her husband. The house is as described, well equipped, pleasant and in a rather peaceful area, a beautiful terrace to enjoy the outdoors and a beautiful pool. I want to clarify that the pool is not heated and can be rather cold, since this was our case during our stay in early September 2024, the weather did not help to heat it. This is not necessarily a problem in itself during the summer but outside of hot periods, you have to be aware of it.

Being a company, the comfort of our employees remains paramount. Communication is quick, guidelines are accurate, understandable, additional accessories such as sheets, linen, etc. are provided. The interior of the cottage is updated, new furniture. Guaranteed value. The cottage met our expectations amply. I recommend it.

Great hospitality from Elizabeth, a thoughtful and available host. The house is spacious with beautiful volumes and really very well located in the center of the village while remaining quiet. There is a lovely garden, perfect if you travel with your doggie. The house has lots of charm. We had a short but pleasant stay.

I was traveling with my colleague for work, Jean-Claude showed me around the space and explaining how it works. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had enough to prepare breakfast on site, a big thank you for this generosity! The house is spacious, the place is very peaceful and quiet, which is nice. There is space to park 2 cars in front of the house and there are 2 car parks very close to the house. Jean-Claude was responsive and responded to our messages quickly. i recommend it!
