Beach condo vacation rentals in Siesta Key

Loved the location, as it was our 1st time in Siesta Key and it’s directly across from Siesta Key Beach. The 2 porches were great with the one getting the morning sun, we did not mind not being able to see the sunset from the room because it was so great from the beach! The local shuttle system to go to the village restaurants/bars was a big plus! We would stay here again and had excellent communication with the owner!

Great location, Jim’s unit is clean & well-kept as is the resort grounds & public areas. Staff in the office and outdoor maintenance workers are very friendly and personable. Jim replied quickly to our emails and was extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests for early deliveries. Definitely recommend renting his unit!

What a beautiful home! We stayed Nov 15-23, 2024. Peaceful, serene, quiet location on Isla del Sol. We so enjoyed sitting on the balcony morning and evening, watching the birds, dolphins and boats in the bay, as well as the beautiful sunsets. The interior of this condominium is beautifully furnished and decorated, bed very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. We spent our time between Pass a Grille, Upham Beach Park and the Waterfront in downtown St. Petersburg. We have been blessed with the opportunity to stay at 5 - 6 AirBNB properties in years past; this one is our favorite. Thank you Sol and Joy for your kindness and help. Lord willing, we look forward to returning next fall.

We enjoyed our getaway at William's condo. It was very clean throughout the entire space - cabinets, drawers, floors. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, though we did limit our cooking primarily to breakfast. It was nice to have a complete set of dishes and utensils and the necessary supplies for tidying up. We enjoyed the pool area and the pier and saw several dolphins in the early evening which was a real treat!

Place was great. Can not think of a better view from here. Sunsets awesome and the perfect balcony to watch. Very easy to get to beach. Cody was very helpful and made suggestions for places to eat and shop. Responded well and very fast to questions.

Jeffrey’s place was a beautiful beach front property. His place felt like home and had great accommodations. He was very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was good! I definitely recommend and will go back to this place! Thanks Jeffrey!

This was our second year to stay in the same unit in Casey Key. We had the same issues with the TV and lights as we did the previous year. Due to that nothing was done, we did bring it up. Natalie acknowledged the issue and was able to secure a small refund. We plan to visit again next year. We love the unit and the area! It was nice to meet our hosts and engage in conversation.

The host was not responsive during our stay but overall the condo and outside amenities ie pool and yard were well taken care of and had all the extras that were needed to make the stay very enjoyable. The streets were still being cleaned up from the hurricanes but this property has been cleaned inside and out and is very relaxing oasis

My family had a great stay at the Sanctuary. The place was cozy and looked just like the pictures. The location was great and within easy walking distance of several restaurants and the beach. I enjoyed walking to a nearby coffee shop every morning to start my day. Jessica was always responsive and provided detailed information. Great host! We had a great vacation and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Monika’s place is a well kept, updated condo, with access to a lovely pool. Easy to find, a quick walk to Publix grocery and restaurants. The small balcony off the main bedroom is perfect for morning reading. 270 steps to the beach, 450 steps to the water. We used 38th Street to cross the busier road to get to a less crowded area of the beach. The beach was beautiful, didn’t see evidence of hurricanes. Beach in February was not crowded. There are three other condos in the building. The neighbors were quiet and kind.

We stayed for almost a month at this property and had a great experience with the owners and condo. The kitchen is excellent and has everything you could need for your stay. There is even a crock pot. Plenty of pans, utensils, casserole dishes, etc. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal and there was a potato peeler. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable with large king size in the primary bedroom, plenty of towels, seating, etc. Although on the golf course, it was private and quiet, safe and very clean. Good places to eat nearby. The second bedroom is best for children as the beds are smaller, Murphy beds that are not traditional twins. We would stay again and having been displaced from a recent hurricane found it to be a home away from home with proactive property managers that look to make. your stay welcoming.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

My family and I had a wonderful time! Melinda’s place was very clean, beautiful views and close to the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood with a peaceful relaxed vibe and a gorgeous pool, this is it. The condo was spotless, the kitchen well-stocked, plenty of towels and paper products, and very friendly neighbours! The view of the water sunrises and sunsets made every day gorgeous. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

We own a home on Anna Maria Island and we were unable to stay there this winter due to the damage incurred from Hurricane Helene. I was very particular about where I wanted to stay while our home was being restored. Based on the pictures and description of this condo I took a chance and rented it for the month of January. We absolutely loved it! It was exactly as the photos showed and even better because it has all of the appliances, dishware, utensils that you would have in your own home. The walking paths around the facility were safe and well maintained around a lake with many beautiful birds and landscaping. The only downside to our trip was that we had to leave because they had a new tenant checking in. Otherwise we would have booked it for another month or two! We would give this property more than 5 stars if we were able to!

This is a wonderful place! Matt and Nicole are gracious and responsive hosts. The home is peaceful and beautiful and so close to the beach. We loved it!

Michele’s place and her hospitality were awesome. Nice view from the balcony to a canal to the gulf, kitchen very well equipped, excellent condo gym and very nice pool. She provides the unit with convenient groceries/ cleaning staff that makes you feel as if you were at home from the beginning. She is always attentive and responsive. We will surely go back someday!

Absolutely loved the condo… the patio views and sunsets, the location (a mile or so from downtown and great parks) the walkable area to the best margaritas and good food at Wicked Cantina! We will definitely stay here again!

We struggled some with getting into the place. Part of that was a long day of travel, but we circled for awhile. The place wasn’t cleaned well when we got there but David quickly responded on that and sent cleaning crew back in. The space was great for our group and a wonderful location. The elevator stopped working on our last day so had to carry all our luggage down from the 3rd floor, but that was no fault of the owner. Overall great stay, just some minor bumps that were quickly addressed.

The place was great! Very comfy. The best part was the it had a pool and direct beach access. Not to mention she had a lot of great beach/pool items in the condo that we could use!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay. 5 star all around. A big thank you very much to our hosts. We will be back.

Despite the recent storms, this was a beautiful place to stay and such a perfect location for the beach. Vince was very responsive and promptly answered any questions we had. The place was clean and very warmly decorated. It was great to have such an equipped kitchen as well. We would definitely stay again!

Overall, great place to stay! Unit was exactly as advertised and depicted in photos. Fully stocked with essentials and much more, which made our stay even easier. Comfortable layout and furnishings. We experienced airline travel delays, which resulted in arriving much later than expected. We alerted Di of our delay, and she quickly responded that the unit was ready for us whenever we arrived. Our check-in to the unit was easy. In case you arrive after dark, it is helpful to note that the buildings are designated A-D and unit numbers follow with building "A" being 100's, "B" being 200's and so on. The pool was unexpectedly closed for our stay but was due to storm related repairs. Di is an amazing host and very responsive.
