A 30min drive to Disney and a great amount of space for family for all of us to stay. Wonderful AIRBNB

If you are looking for a large and spacious place for your extended family, this is the place. The place has aged a little compared to the photos, but still has the charm and space needed. Most of the couches were those that convert to beds. Would return here again if I had another large family gathering nearby. Chun was a responsive host as well.

All aspects of our stay were exceptional and above expectations. Fantastic views. Spacious and well appointed patios.Comfortable, impeccable inside space. Dessie is a very charming and informative host.

Jack and Mandy are great hosts. They answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us as it was very close to our friends and relatives. A perfect location for all restaurants and markets in the Alhambra and Monterey Park area. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasurable stay in the area.

This place was perfect for our vacation. We visited California, to participate in the LA marathon and to visit Disneyland. It was perfectly located outside all the crazy traffic and City. Quiet neighborhood. The place is very spacious, love that we had access to the entire house including laundry room. Always a plus with little ones. It was a short 25 min drive to Disneyland. I would definitely recommend to book this!!!

Wilson is a very responsive host. replied back right away when we had issues and worked to resolve them. would highly recommend

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very kind and polite. They answered all our questions and provided everything we asked for. It was a great experience. I would recommend the location to others traveling or staying in the area. There is a nice park with a track and pond near by. You can even see the mountains down some of the nearby streets. There are many nice local restaurants , a few supermarkets and businesses near by.

We were 5 colleagues on a busiinesstrip and had a great time at this house. Atmosphere, house and garden are wonderful. Also great for cooking and spending time in the huge kitchen (once you find out what is where in the infinite number of drawers :) ). We surely will come back when we'll return to LA.

This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

this place is a really great stay! The neighborhood is super safe plenty of space. It’s quiet. The hot tub is a nice addition and it heats up super fast! Super clear instructions as well. The host sent a very detailed video. we had a small issue with the pool and hot tub, and the host was incredibly fast getting back to us - 5 stars we would stay here again

The house was super clean and very beautiful, obviously fully renovated. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The location was great. Beautiful pool, only wish the weather had been warmer!

Thank for allowing us to stay in your home during the Christmas season everything was accurate we felt comfortable we felt safe the rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was clean. where do I start. this place was incredible. but that’s not even the best part about it. the service was impeccable. any time I had any kind of issue whether it was asking for extra set of keys, or asking where something was, I would get a reply, and a very detailed and helpful one within minutes. we also realised we left our HDMI cable at home so I thought I’d be cheeky and ask if they had any somewhere, they delivered one the next day. one of the best experiences I have had staying abroad. thank you so much Maimon Group! I will definitely be staying with you again!

Forever & always will stay at Chunjiang’s home!! Every time I stay here it’s a 10/10. Love Chunjiang as a person & her home is amazing. She made my birthday really special & will forever cherish that. Beautiful , clean & amazing as always. Jose was a responsive, friendly host. Ours was a last minute rental and he was very flexible and helpful. The house was p perfect layout for 6 adults and 4 children. Exceptionally clean,& welcoming . I would recommend this rental without hesitation!

Very helpful host there was a error in extending my stay and rather than kicking me out on the spot the host waited while I resolved the issue hours later very accommodating 5 star just for that alone!! plus great location super kitchen other guest rooms are all very private & quite..The set -up is perfect for work fast internet as well..

This place was truly a great space! nice size room, clean bathroom & kitchen, pet friendly, what more could you ask for. My cat loved it, especially because we had the front yard view & she could look out at the beautiful rose bush in front of our window. The host & housemates were nice & friendly. It was a great experience & I'd definitely recommend & stay again! 💯💚💋
