House vacation rentals in Sidi Bou Said

We can only recommend this magnificent place! The villa is in a very popular neighborhood, but there's no need to worry! Once you pass the porch there is a place for a thousand and one nights of exceptional taste with an extreme attention to detail! The location of the villa is extremely strategic, close to the airport, Carthage, the center of Tunis and Gammarth. There are supermarkets and gas station nearby. Albert deserves a lot of compliments for both his kindness and organization. She also gave us a lot of great suggestions! We were lucky enough to stay in the topaze suite overlooking the pool, which is absolutely gorgeous. Very small flaw, being out of season the room was clean but a little dusty and with some bugs! We loved our stay and thank you so much Albert! We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful guest house with an amazing view, well located and easy to access. Clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The hosts are very responsive and helpful pre-checkin and during the stay; they also shared a "welcome document" with activities and restaurants recommendations. Highly recommend!

Must be the best place we've been to. Large, spacious and fresh. The pool is amazing. Has a really cozy outdoor seating and a tennis court. The house is just as good inside as outside and is located in a good and central area close to much. The host was very accommodating and flexible and helped us with a lot. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic flat with everything you would need for a relaxing stay in Tunis. Comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. Nela and Selim are kind and welcoming hosts who will take care of you. An excellent experience :)

Great rental - beautiful home and the heated pool is a plus. Farouk and his team were wonderful, responsive and helped connect us with a great local guide as well.

Thouraya and her husband Mohsen were very attentive , warm, responsive , available and helpful. They gave us small dishes. They picked up my mother from the airport at 7am They did more than what is expected They were outstanding The apartment is very well kept , very pretty, modern, spacious with a beautiful independent entrance. It has all the amenities for a house and it's easy to feel at home . Easy access with the Bolt app for taxis or Google Maps I would highly recommend I will come back A big thank you, stay safe

Samia's house is a great and peaceful place to stay for longer time. Everything was clean, the whole apartment is spacious. My fiancée and I feel at home there.

Typical accommodation close to the center of town, the beach, shops and TGM Marsa Plage resort. Direct immersion in Tunisian life.

Good location for visiting Sidi bou said and very faithful to the photo. Very nice well decorated accommodation. We arrived by car easy parking (parking in front ) then the visit to Sidi Bou said given the location of the accommodation is on foot. No need to take the car. Dodi is responsive by message and flexible, late check in and check out of the accommodation in the morning which did not propose any problem. Arrival and departure independently. Accommodation that I would recommend to visit Sidi bou said without hesitation.

If you ask if you need anything, the host will solve it right away and communicate very quickly. The house is spacious and large, so it is pleasant. It's nice to be quiet in the neighborhood. My family had a good rest. Thank you.

Very nice apartment offering all the comforts. Located in a secure residence with taxi stand. We had a lovely stay there. Be careful though, some kitchen utensils are missing for 4 people (plates and cutlery) Thanks

Great location five minutes walk from the Medina. Fantastic value, nothing comparable for the number of people it can accommodate anywhere else in the city. Host was delightful, brilliant flexibility for both check-in and check-out and had provided essentials for our stay. Comfortable furnishings in every room, aircon in all rooms and well appointed bathrooms throughout. Nice terrace and garden area, though we didn't use these and a really well equipped kitchen with large dining table. Would 100% stay again. Only thing for travellers to remember is that internet connection in Tunis is generally quite poor, not specific to this place. Use an alternative (e.g. eSIM and hotspot if you need).

From the location of the place to the interior of the house, it was all perfect. I’ve spent great 8 nights at this place.
