Beautiful home, amazing location and excellent communication and assistance. We would stay here again!

We spent 2 unforgettable weeks in this beautiful seaside villa. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach. The villa is spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing vacation. Free parking is well guarded in the residence. A special thank you goes to the hosts, who were extremely kind and helpful. From the time of booking until checkout, they were always ready to answer any questions and provide advice on what to visit nearby. They made us feel at home! I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy place to enjoy the sea in complete tranquility We look forward to coming back, thank you very much.

Nicola is an incredibly friendly, helpful and present host. The apartment is very close to the sea, within walking distance and also accessible to wheelchairs. The main beach is free and on the side there are 2 equipped beaches, then still free beaches for hundreds of meters, including one that allows dogs, despite there being no physical boundaries or special controls (at least in the first week of September, the time I went on vacation). Both Nicola's entire property and the beaches are very clean, the sea doesn't need to talk: it's wonderful!! Who knows, maybe I'll be back one day! Ps. The backyard is dominated by cats of all ages that I love to madness! Some are more friendly than others, but not at all disturbing. Our dog survived with peace of mind.

Wonderful property with a beautiful location by the sea! Beautiful garden, fully furnished with sofas and a large patio where you can dine while looking at the sea. Large fully equipped kitchen. The house in general is spacious and cozy, we had a great time there. The location is also perfect, close to Tropea and above the sea (not to mention that the house has its own beach, reached by going down a long flight of steps from the house). Really reccommended!

our contact was with Pasquale , the owner I think, who was very communicative, met us at a nearby restaurant as for the first time it would be difficult to find. he also repaired one of the locks which mafe our life easier. The house has a great atmosphere, the terrace is gorgeous, we had ripe grapes hanging over our heads and the view over the sea and into the olive grove was great.

Overall this place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and and amazing outdoor area that we took full advantage of, including the relaxing outdoor shower. Private parking and a quick drive to anywhere you needed to get to. I would highly recommend staying here 10/10

We had a truly memorable stay at Janice’s property. The home is beautiful and very well equipped. The sunsets were incredible and we enjoyed watching them from the roof top patio.

The apartment has everything you need. We enjoyed self check-in/check-out. The village is well cared for and in September very quiet (for us a plus), the sea is a 2-minute walk away. By car you can easily and quickly reach the main towns, beaches and villages of the Costa degli Aranci. Mr.Giuseppe's directions were accurate, the phone communication was quick and pleasant. Highly recommended

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The villa is just beautiful and has everything and more that you need for your visit. The air conditioning is definitely a highlight for me and the beautiful spacious open plan design with private pool. So close to restaurants and the best beach in Calabria region I think. Thank you again for having us. We will be back :)

The house is amazing, it is located literally meters from the private beach, The court yard in front is perfect for some relaxation and is large enough to allow the kids to play. The beach has very warm crystal clear water. Manuela is absolutely spectacular! She went above and beyond any previous host to ensure our stay was perfect. I literally messaged her multiple times a week with various questions and she never once hesitated to make sure that everything was answered to my satisfaction. In addition to that, she made us an amazing reservation for a private boat to see the Aeolian Islands for the day and to see the eruptions of Stromboli at night. Manuela also made us dinner reservations in Tropea for the nights that we stayed. Lara’s house is really nice, roomy and private. It has beauty views, surroundings. Well kept. Lara is very sweet, supportive. We recommend her place.

We had a peaceful and enjoyable family time at this place. The accommodation is exactly as described and has hosted us very comfortably (4 people). The beautiful terrace with sea views and the private beach in the immediate vicinity guarantee to make the most of a privileged geographical location and one of the most beautiful coastline in all of Calabria. Lucia was a perfect and considerate host: responsive, cordial, accommodating and providing advice to ensure a successful stay. It was a very nice way to close our summer vacation and an experience that we will be delighted to repeat in the future.

Peace, tranquillity AND privacy, not spoiled even by the occasional music from Zambrone resorts below. A family of 4 adults & 1 young child, we managed to get around in quite extreme heat without a car using local trains & the occasional taxi but the climb from beaches to the Villa is challenging! Scooters might be good. No oven but induction hob, sandwich toaster & kettle for cooking but we managed fine without. Swimming pool more for dips than meaningful lap swimming but often we had it to ourselves. The air con couldn't quite cope with the heat of late July/early August but then neither could we:) We LOVED the big garden swing, the amazing views of the coast & the SUNSETS! Markus is a really considerate host who responded quickly whenever necessary. And Francesco offers great local support. Our arrival flight was delayed so Francesco needed to be at the Villa late at night to greet us and he was really welcoming and helpful. A lovely place to stay.

Girolamo's house is paradise: generous and extremely clean! The amenities inside and out are high quality and tidy. The outdoor area is also spacious and very well maintained, we sat very cozily outside - whether by the pool or under the large roof - wonderful! The pool is of course an enjoyable luxury. It's the best cottage we've ever had in Calabria. The surroundings are quiet, supermarket very close, beach and restaurants can be reached by car in a few minutes. Girolamo is so hospitable - thank you so much! There was always a nice, casual contact. It is important to him that his guests are well. The reception was extremely warm - with drinks in the fridge and food in the closet. Actually, we never wanted to drive again... ;-) Thank you for this special and beautiful place and warmth!

Great place to stay! Just 10 minutes walk from the beach (attention steep mountain😉) The Airbnb is amazing. We were even able to swim laps in the huge pool, even in early October. Every bedroom was equipped with an A/C. There were two refrigerators and everything else your heart desires. We had a rental car (which I would absolutely recommend too) and were able to explore both reggio calabria and Tropea with this. It was also convenient for shopping (supermarket about 10 minutes by car). At the bottom of the promenade are a few restaurants that are also recommended. The sunset can be seen fantastically from Domenico's garden under the olive trees. I'm sure we'll be back.

This is the most beautiful place. Easy beach access and all the accommodations you need. We hope to be back someday
