Communication was excellent with this host and the facilities are exceptional.

Great higher floor unit with nice Mountain Views. Comfortable space and easy access with very nice guard staff. Was nice to do laundry with ease. Great location close to Nimman area and easy access for motorbike parking.

I had a good time for about 3 weeks. I think Kate is running this property to the best she can. This is what I felt when I saw the necessities she prepared and the things in the house. The pros and cons of this place are clear. I chose this place because it was important for me to take private swimming lessons and I was very satisfied with that. However, it is far from Nimmanhaemin and the Old Town, so it may be difficult to enjoy as a traveler. Central Festival Shopping Mall is close by, but it's also noisy at night. Please think about and choose what to focus on when staying in Chiang Mai. Kate was a communicative host, so it was nice. I wish her all the best.

Ideal place to stay within walking distance to everything and very quiet as far as sleep concerned.

We stayed here for two weeks, and found the apartment very comfortable. The living space was modern and the AC worked well. It was a little far from the mall/grocery store, but there were several good restaurants in walking distance. We were able to get Grab transport into town when we needed it.

Great experience! Lucas' place is in a perfect location: near the night bazaar, great restaurants, and walking distance to the Old City. The condo is very big, has great amenities, and a balcony overlooking the pool--which has a nice garden atmosphere. Lucas was a great host and very responsive to any questions.

It was a great place to stay with family The facilities were a little old, but there was no discomfort at all, and most importantly, the host's kindness and response were the best. It was a very grateful 4 days We hope to see you again

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

Moe’s place is cozy and perfect for my one week stay. The condo is a good size for a single person but can comfortably fit a couple too. The balcony is cute and private which gives you a glimpse of the mountain. The condominium complex overall has adequate privacy and quiet time away from the main Nimman road hustle and bustle. A great space to walk while soaking in the Mountain View. The noise from the planes is there till midnight but given I’ve been visiting for years it doesn’t really phase me. The pool and sauna were excellent! I loved spending time by the pool. There is also a small gym right opposite the pool. Moe was super responsive and friendly with an openness to any feedback or amenity I required. I will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable apartment for the four of us. Nice kitchen. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the University and transportation around the city.

Really great location with a beautiful room very nice rustic furniture and peaceful location. Very comfortable stay and hosts were very helpful and sweet! Would highly recommend if ever staying in Chang mai.

Rita is a great host always available and very friendly The pool is perfect and in the same floor as is the gym The condo is very modern with a sprinkler system installed in case of fire It has a 7/11 down at the entrance You definitely need transport here to get about It’s quite.noisy early on in the morning due to poor sound insulation in the condo from 3 am a factory starts up next door and it’s loud

This was our second time staying and definitely won’t be the last. Our kids love it! The pool, the playroom, and the ability to walk to Central Mall make it an ideal place for families.

I stayed here for almost 6 weeks in January/February. I was working at home & studying at a school nearby for most of the period. The location was perfect for daily living: lots of local sellers, canteens, laundrettes, shops, & a cheap gym within walking distance too. The flat is on the 10th floor with a great view & shared terrace area. The 4th-floor pool was open 1–7pm & is just big enough to swim laps. Courteous & friendly building staff. Basic kitchen equipment including a rice cooker. Basic amenities & supplies which was a big help on my first night. The host was quick & friendly, easy-going. The flat does get hot even at night, but there is a fan & air-con. Good internet connection & TV signal. There is a school next door which uses loudspeakers throughout the school day (weekdays 8am to around 4.30pm) — worth noting if you’re sensitive to noise. Otherwise I can recommend the flat for a pleasant local stay & I hope to return if I'm in Chiang Mai again.
