Condo vacation rentals in Si Phum

The apartment was setup very well for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the services of the building, and used the pool at least once a day. There are a few places to grab food around, and you are also close to some very relaxing places on the river like Ping River Cafe, but the location is far from most of the action of old town or Nimman. Luckily, you can just use Grab and get any food you like delivered to your door. Overall this was a wonderful stay for our 3 weeks, and I would recommend for any mid to long term stays

Kate was super helpful and arranged my pickup at the airport - getting the key and entering the unit was easy and I found a clean well equipped condo on 16th floor with great view. I loved the pool and gym and used these every day - it was a 2 min walk over to the huge Central Festival where I could get everything I needed. The Grab Taxii all knew how to get to the Condo entrance and was cheap and easy to get all over Chiang Mai - loved my stay and Kate always quick to respond to any query.

The host , Ing was very reliable , informative , and had great communication . The space was comfortable and convenient . The amenities were easily accessible and we enjoyed the balcony area on the floor where our apartment was located . Thank you for providing us with a great place to stay so we can visit with our family !!!

Stayed in this place for one month and it was great. The apartments are really nice. Spacious, clean, good quality and having everything necessary for long stay. Located right near the road, so it’s easy to go to anywhere inside the city. The fastest road to Nimman area took me ~15 mins by bike. The downside is can be quite noisy while keeping the windows open, but in Chiang Mai the biggest part of the year one will likely rely on AC and keep windows closed all a time. And with closed windows it becomes really quiet and peaceful. Cleaning service is neat and also includes changing linens and towers. Communicating with the host is very smooth

Our stay at the condo was delightful. The property is conveniently located near the central festival and offers a shuttle service to the shopping center. The host was not very responsive, but she promptly provided what I asked for. Overall, it is a private and good place for spending time with my family in Chiang Mai.

This apartment is an excellent base for a long term stay on the north side of Chiang Mai. The hosts are actively engaged and responsive to ensure you have a comfortable stay and can find what you need in the neighborhood. Their detailed guide book has extensive directions for using the apartment and for locating cafes, laundry, restaurants, and grocery stores a short walk north at the two nearby malls. The much larger Central Festival Mall has much more — anything and everything you may need — and is a 20 walk (or even shorter taxi ride) from the apartment. The Next 3.2 apartment building is relatively new and is clean, secure, and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, utensils, and dishes. Water is reliable and warm as needed. Wifi internet was reliable and fast. The two air conditioner units quickly cooled the unit when I returned in the afternoon. The heavy drapes installed over the windows really help keep the apartment shaded and cool.

This is a nice, spacious apartment in a great location. Lucas was a good host who was easily contactable and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our three months at this property and can recommend as a good home away from home.

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Moe’s place is cozy and perfect for my one week stay. The condo is a good size for a single person but can comfortably fit a couple too. The balcony is cute and private which gives you a glimpse of the mountain. The condominium complex overall has adequate privacy and quiet time away from the main Nimman road hustle and bustle. A great space to walk while soaking in the Mountain View. The noise from the planes is there till midnight but given I’ve been visiting for years it doesn’t really phase me. The pool and sauna were excellent! I loved spending time by the pool. There is also a small gym right opposite the pool. Moe was super responsive and friendly with an openness to any feedback or amenity I required. I will definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at Michael MJ’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with useful essentials, which made cooking and dining super convenient. The location was fantastic—easy to find and close to local attractions. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Kampy and David are such sweet and kind hosts. Love this serendipitous place. Love the pool and garden. Free laundry service, coffee served early in the morning and always ready to help us with anything, but gave us enough space and privacy. We would absolutely recommend this place!

I asked to do an early check in and Sylvia was so accommodating! She was very sweet and helpful! The place was clean! it is of the square, so you will have to watch 20 minutes or get a grab to take you to the popular spots. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

I loved this apartment. It’s was decorated so cute- and has everything you need - I felt right at home. I will definitely keep this one on the list and come back to book when I visit Thailand again.

The location of the accommodation is so good. There is a great swimming pool and a friendly accommodation owner, so it's reassuring. It's a nice landlord who actively accepts and helps with inconveniences.Thanks to you, I will go back with good memories. I will definitely come back

This was our second time staying and definitely won’t be the last. Our kids love it! The pool, the playroom, and the ability to walk to Central Mall make it an ideal place for families.

Wonderful host. Nattagrita made my check-on go as smoothly as possible (even after I arrived just before midnight). Plus she responded very quickly when there was an issue with the air conditioning. Liked the location. Close but not too close to the touristy old city -- an easy 15 minute walk but far enough that you can enjoy cheaper restaurants frequented by locals. I loved being so close to a night market by the local.

The apartment was as described in the listing, sunny and with good views. The washing machine worked well. We received a toaster on request. Water in the fridge on arrival and a little more dishes would make the apartment even better.

A home away from home. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, peaceful apartment. The pool was a bonus. Near lots of great places to eat. Host very helpful and responds quickly. Will stay again.
