The hosts are super welcoming, reachable and super nice. The house is very big and spatious, extra clean and well located at 2min from the Mesit Bridge and 10 min from the beautiful river and canyons. We were just missing some spices and ustensils to cook because we stayed a long time but otherwise the house was perfectly furnished, great shower and beds. The ratio price/quality is great, would recommend 100%

Neritan is a great host, always friendly and very helpful! We appreciated our stay there and whish that there was a little more time either to relax at Neritans or discover the beautiful area surrounding. The restaurant with its small but traditional menu right there is great and strongly to recommend! Also the close by small winery (offering tastings) is definitely worth a visit. Looking forward to come back to this friendly, quite, clean and peaceful place!

I booked here for my best friends surprise 30th and it exceeded all expectations!! First time visiting Albania and Ambra helped me so much with every question I had. She was so helpful, always answered every questions and just was so responsive. Never had such an amazing airbnb host. Recommend places to go. I needed a decoration company and she put me in touch with someone and it was perfect. The views are insane. The restaurant near by Pelikani is just also top quality service and food. All of it was perfect. The house was so comfortable. I have no bad points. My recommendation would be to do lots of research if this is your first time travelling but also book with Ambra as she helped with everything.. taxis, supermarkets etc. we had a small power cut as of a storm and we had an electrician with us within 20 minutes. You must come here!!!.

I had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, making me feel right at home. The host’s hospitality was outstanding. They were incredibly responsive and provided detailed information about the villa and local attractions, which enhanced my stay. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the well-stocked kitchen to the plush linens and towels provided. The location of the villa is ideal, situated in a serene neighborhood that offers both tranquility and convenience. It was a short drive to the city’s main attractions, yet far enough to provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. The surrounding scenery was picturesque, offering stunning views that added to the overall charm of the place.

We traveled to Velipoja as a group of a total of 7 friends. Traffic in peak season from Tirana airport to Velipoja is a bit challenging, but considering the entire traffic situation in Albania is fine. The house was optimal. We especially liked that there were 3 air conditioners and also the outdoor kitchen and its amenities were perfect. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was broken with us. Otherwise, Serkiz helped us a lot, especially with a problem with the airline, who mistakenly flew a friend's suitcase to Poland. Our host's recommendations were also helpful in designing our vacation. Be it restaurants or attractions in the surrounding area. We really liked the location, as the house is located away from the central tourist region of Velipoja, but all the restaurants, bars and the beach could still be reached within a 10-minute walk.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful new villa in the north of Albania. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication via Airbnb was very good. The villa is perfect for a large group or multiple families and offers a great view of Lake Skoder. There is a lakeside beach within walking distance, as well as cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. For groceries, you need to travel a bit further, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Montenegro is within driving distance and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean and relaxing vacation!

We couldn't find street parking but Miranda was able to direct is to a parking lot. Very walkable to the restaurants. Miranda's Mother was wonderful with her help with the keys. Very large apartment was cozy. Great bed.

Nice clan apt. perfect for a family to stay very close to the beach and center. Host was great and would recommend to anyone to stay here.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Agostin's place. For a small price you get a great big terrace, lots of beds and an equipped kitchen. The apartment is within walking distance of the cozy center, making the location perfect. Agostin was also a really friendly and helpful host. He helped us a lot and we were always able to reach him quickly. So in one word, a Superhost! It's a must to stay here!

a very nice house for a stay. A house that meets expectations in the center of the city

Rino's property was spacious and had everything we needed. It is located in the centre of Shkoder with a lot of great restaurants and shops in the area. Many of thr tour groups also have meeting points within 10 minutes walking distance of the property. Rino was also very communicative and helpful. We could not get the Euro finals on the TV and Rino came by to take us to a club where he arranged a table for us so we could watch it on a big screen. The property also has space to park 1 car, but you are not allowed to drive through the streets to get to the property between 9:00 to 12:00 and 19:00 to 24:00. If you do not make it back in time, there is a nearby parking lot which charged us 300 leke (~ €3) to park overnight. Overall, the property is a great place to stay in a great location. Rino is also an excellent host.

Teo was very helpful in arranging transportation to Theth and back. The place was large and very comfortable.
