Kan’s house is truly a gem – unique, spacious, and beautifully designed! Every corner of the house reflects thoughtful attention to detail, making it an inspiring and comfortable place to stay. We were especially impressed by the abundance of natural light that fills the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a host, Kan exceeded our expectations with his proactive communication and genuine care. He was always available to offer assistance and even checked in to make sure we were doing well during our stay. The location is perfect for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to popular areas like Shibuya, Meguro, Roppongi, and Ginza. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a memorable and immersive experience in Tokyo, staying in a one-of-a-kind home that blends style and functionality.

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

We enjoyed our stay in Ayumi's place. It is located in an upscale and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants around the area and about a 10 min walk to Roppongi Hills. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in this area.

Stayed in the place for 7 day overall the place is very spacious and clean walk able to 7-11 and family Mart. Great access to the subway which connects to the city and easy bus access to ikebokuro. The only I would say is that bit far from subways for the walk. But if you traveling with family it’s worth the stay.

Amazing place to stay in Ikebukuro

My family of 6 and I had an amazing stay at Ryota’s apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—just a 10-minute walk from Kita-Akabane Station, where the Saikyō Line provides easy access to major areas in Tokyo. There’s a FamilyMart right next door for quick snacks and essentials, and a 7-Eleven and 100-yen shop located beside the station. A nearby grocery store is a great option for stocking up on necessities at more affordable prices. Beyond the fantastic location, what truly made our stay exceptional was Ryota’s kindness and hospitality. He went above and beyond to help us during a stressful situation. On our first night, my son lost his phone on the train, and despite multiple visits to the JR service counters (and also filing a police report), we were unable to locate it. But Ryota personally contacted JR on our behalf and was able to locate the phone. He even let us use his personal number for the police report. I 100% recommend Ryota as a host!

This Spring Festival I stayed here for 11 days and 10 nights, the room is very clean, the landlord is very welcoming, and I can respond to the host every time I have asked the host for the first time. This is my first time staying in a homestay in Tokyo, I can cook my own meals, the space is spacious, just like my own home.

Thank you for letting us use your property! My family and I really enjoyed our stay there especially at night because it is a quiet neighborhood and the lawson across the street is a great addition to your property. Hopefully we can book this property again the next time we go back to Japan.

Ka is a wonderful host, and the check-in process was smooth and well-organized. The house is modern and comfortable. The only thing to note is that it’s a bit far from the station. Thank you, Ka, for warmly welcoming my family and me during our stay!

This is a great spot for a Tokyo trip. It’s quiet, private, and easy to get to. The host is super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would come back when I visit Japan again.

Feels like home, very cozy and very very easy to access, near train station, and the area is peaceful also. The host is very very kind and responsive, give us all our needs and answer all our questions very well. Definitely will come back here in the future with my family.

Had a short stay and did not have a chance to walk around nearby since we had a car. Very private and quiet location. Host was responsive and offered us to check in early at their other house.
