Shellman Bluff oceanfront vacation rentals

We booked this house for our annual family vacation, there were 12 of us, we each had our own space, the house was very comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need for a large group. Pamela was an excellent host, very attentive to our needs and always responded to our calls.

Noe was very responsive and quick to reply to every message. The place was quiet, clean, and exactly as described. Had a comfortable and pleasant stay — would definitely recommend!

This Airbnb is one of my favorites! My wife & I stayed here while visiting our family & it more than met my expectations. The cottage was cozy & had everything we needed for cooking & grilling. It has a smart TV & WiFi, making me feel right at home. We walked to & sat on the dock & enjoyed the nature & relaxing river, which was right at our feet! The cottage offers ample privacy. I really enjoyed the sweet golden retrievers (that live nearby) who spent the evening with us. The host was absolutely fantastic & always responsive, even at night when I was looking for the WiFi password (that was my bad- I overlooked it). Prior to our arrival she even offered to deliver firewood! I wish I would’ve taken advantage of this authentic Airbnb by ordering from the breakfast menu, which looked on point. You can tell the host prides herself in maintaining this home away from home Airbnb to give guests the best experience. Last thing, the sunset view from the patio was unbelievably gorgeous! True 5/5

The house is huge, and the pictures does not capture all that space that is available throughout the entire house. If you need some time for yourself, The Master Bedroom has an add on room (Big Room) with big screen tv and a very comfortable couch to relax. My family really enjoyed the house and location, not too far away from restaurants and away from the Busy streets of Hinesville. The home is definitely big enough for a big family. Francene the host is very helpful and will replay to your txt with minutes. We will definitely be back when we come visit Hinesville. We had very a good stay 😊.

Our communication was very smooth and we were very satisfied !The decor was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were top notch! The location was fabulous and the surroundings were peaceful!

If you want a peaceful, serene, and homey place to stay, The Cloyster is PERFECT for you. The unique decor was very nostalgic. The screened porch and deck chef's kiss. The bed in the master bedroom was super soft and comfortable. I wish we were able to stay longer. Hope to come back in the future.

If you are looking for peace, rest, relaxation, and communing with nature while also having really comfortable lodgings, this is the place for you. The location on a tidal river is gorgeous, there are birds, the tides, fish jumping, and did I mention birds? The house is older, but so very comfortable. It feels like visiting a dearly loved elder relative's cottage along a river, where you can sit and fish, watch birds, read, paint and just be out with nature. Brunswick is an easy 10 - 15 minute drive, and the islands are within a 30 minute drive from the cottage. I felt very cosseted while also being totally alone. This is a great place for single travelers who like being on their own or for two people to enjoy together. The kitchen is well stocked. Wendy the property manager is very responsive. I loved staying at this cottage and would highly recommend it to people who are looking for a quiet retreat, a place to fish or like me, to just witness nature and watch birds.
