Great stay and host had great communication and instructions

Stayed to attend a wedding, the apartment was absolutely excellent in a brilliant location. Extremely clean. Not having been to Sheffield before we were all so impressed with the city! Thank you Alice!!

Brian is a very kind person and always responsive. He helped resolve the problems during our stay. He brought us a lot of food and drinks to welcome us. The apartment is spacious and warm in the winter. We would recommend this flat to anyone!

Fantastic hosts with a fantastic place. They were very welcoming and offered assistance if we were in need of help. The view was amazing and very easy to get too. Will definitely come back again!

George's place was very clean and comfortable. Lovely bathroom and kitchen with plenty of supplies. Both beds are spacious and comfortable. The location was just outside the city centre but right next to a tram stop and big tesco.

Was here for a couple of days for snooker at The Crucible . In a very pleasant quiet neighbourhood, an easy 15 min bus ride from centre, extremely well equipped, modern , clean apartment. Host is very amenable and helpful, and also generous with free goodies which was unexpected. A lovely stay .

Came for a couple of days to stay and the host was very responsive and helpful. I asked for extra guests, bedding for the guest and an extra day and the host was incredibly accommodating, bringing up bedding quickly despite it being a late time. There is a supermarket right next door and also a massive Tesco across the street. Theres a tram stop a few seconds walk away. Prime location and affordable apartment.

Had an amazing stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect. This was my second stay here and would definitely stay here again when visiting Sheffield.

I really enjoyed my stay at Michael’s place, where I spent the weekend on a visit to Sheffield. Michael met me when I arrived at the property and showed me where everything was and then left me to my own devices. The apartment is part of an extension to the main house and situated in a lovely quiet area of Sheffield. The apartment is nicely done out and provides a combination of modern fixtures and fittings with vintage decorations, pictures and up cycled furniture. Plenty of plates, cutlery and everything you’d need for cooking are provided and there is also tea, coffee, biscuits and milk in the fridge. The place was spotless, especially the bathroom, which was so clean, it looked brand new. The bed was very comfortable and all towels and linen clean of good quality. I shall certainly book again next time I need somewhere to stay in Sheffield.

Lovely and very responsive host, great communication, which made checking in very easy. We stayed one night, it was exactly what we needed! Parking around the corner was suitable and the flat was easy to find. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful! Eyam is gorgeous, with beautiful walks on the doorstep, easy to get to Buxton, Bakewell, Tideswell and other super places to explore. The apartment is amazing, so much larger than we expected - it feels like a house. All the rooms are great in size, the lounge has a variety of seating, an electric fire, blankets, cushions, loads of DVDs to choose from (it is not a smart tv, so normal channels but the host has over 100 DVDs to choose from - which the children loved!). The kitchen is wonderful - there is so much storage! We didn't have to rearrange the storage to fit in our food delivery! The Tea Room is below and I was worried about noise and smells - but none of us heard or smelt anything - it was so quiet. The beds were all so comfortable, a large roll top bath, great water pressure, super heating and hot water, dark curtains/blinds, every untensil we needed, large fridge and freezer! It was amazing and we will 100% be back! We all absolutely love it!

Great garden apartment, I have been several times as the location is great for me and it’s really comfortable and well equipped. Martin and Michelle are responsive and helpful hosts. Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The apartment was spotless and quiet. the surrounding pubs and restaurants were lovely too. The walk into the city center was nice aswell. Khateeb also was very active and responsive over messages when we needed to ask him questions. I would highly recommend this accommodation!! :)

Stayed here for 6 weeks whilst on placement at the hospital, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Chesterfield.

Quiet, but 10 mins away from lovely spots to eat and drink in Kelham Island

Excellent host, great communication , Rich was a really lovely guy . Great communication and made us feel very welcome from the booking right through to the departure. The Flat was clean, The bed was super comfy, The bathroom was excellent . This is an Excellent base for the peaks plus the local area has loads of great places to eat, drink and explore . We would definitely stay again and definitely recommend staying here. They have the most amazing affectionate cat . We wanted to steal him 😂😂 We would recommend Northtown restaurant for the most amazing Italian food and Haglers corner which is a 10 minute walk away for great snacky food, lovely cocktails and a really chill atmosphere.

My stay at Nick’s AirBnB was exceptional. The physical setting was exquisitely designed and organized, just like in the pictures, and the little balcony added even more. I found the building and setting to be quiet, as other reviewers have remarked. Everything was spotless. I could fully relax and take care of laundry, get some downtime, and regroup in the middle of a hectic trip. But what really set Nick’s place apart was the kindness and compassion shown to me by his wife, Pat, who took on hosting duties, when I experienced an emergency on my arrival day. Not only did Pat stand by me through the emergency itself, but the next day she asked if there was anything *else* she could do to make things easier for me!?! I was astonished. I never would have expected anything like what she did for me. But it made a real difference. Thank you for showing me what that depth of kindness looks like. You are rare treasure. And, I will always remember your beautifully designed little flat!

Lovely apartment close to the city centre and University. Booked at short notice but Simon quick to respond and very helpful.

Staying for over 2 weeks in this property in Chesterfield was an excellent choice. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, overall neat. Easy access and within walking distance to Chesterfield town center, a 15 minute walk to Chesterfield train station and access to buses. The property has all the needed amenities, comfortable and a restful place to be. It is as featured in the photographs. Parking space for one vehicle. The advantage of choosing this property is it has 2 bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, microwave, oven, stove, kettle and toaster. No coffeemaker machine but that's not an issue, Instant Nescafé coffee is provided, plus tea and condiments for cooking. Our host was very attentive and quick to respond. The front door opens with an app, also a pin number can be provided by the host, I suggest you get the pin number and use it as the connection with the app at times was slow. For sure, without a doubt, it is the place to stay.
