Hosts communication and effort was amazing, apartment was in the perfect location. We loved our stay! Will defs be back.

A relaxing stay in a wonderful small unit with everything you could wish for. The unit is bright and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts Glenys and Geoff were extremely welcoming, with lots of helpful information as well as providing beautiful bread, juice, fruit and delicious homemade jams. The bed was extremely comfortable. The fully enclosed yard was a shady oasis and perfect for my two whippets. The hot tub was a delight, clean and perfectly maintained. The hosts also had beach equipment to borrow, and the surf boards came in handy. The location is a short distance from Main Street, easily walked along the many beautiful tracks, with stunning views. The dog beach is an easy 5 minute drive. All in all, I would highly recommend this staycation and hope to revisit soon.

Great place, great location, would stay again! Aircon in the main area only (not the bedrooms), but the apartment didn't get hot and we stayed in summer. Lift access, very secure front entry. Tram stops right infront of the apartment! The host is VERY responsive, to anything you need. Beds are super comfy, fresh white sheets, lots of pillows. And a FULL kitchen incase you need to cook anything, all utencils and applicances. 2x TVs, one in the main room and one in the living room. Wifi is good

Kayla is a great host. Great communication and all was just easy. Location is brilliant with an easy walk to the beach and a large shopping strip with a big supermarket (Coles) and a myriad of fabulous restaurants, cafés and everything else. Walking distance to the cruise ship terminal of Port Melbourne and the Tram into the CBD with the tram stop luckily having a machine to buy a MYKI card! The apartment is as shown and surprisingly super quiet and private. Water pressure in the shower is brilliant! Would have loved a full length mirror but a minor thing. A great stay!

Very nice modern flat a short train ride from Melbourne city centre. The flat had everything we needed and was in an area surrounded by food and drink options.

Alex’s location was perfect for us to get together the Australian Open and to explore Melbourne for a week. The tram lines to get to the CBD, St. Kilda Beach, South Melbourne market, etc. were close by. There were many restaurants, bars, and the Prahran Market a few blocks away, yet the apartment was quiet and comfortable. No problem getting a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Alex was a great host and we would definitely stay in his apartment again if we make it back to the Melbourne area.

We loved Ben and Murray’s place in South Yarra. The apartment is lovely and very well equipped and decorated. The neighborhood feels safe and has fabulous shopping and restaurants It is very close to public transport

If you are lucky enough to snag this granny flat- you'll be supremely happy with it. The couple that own it are delightful and gracious hosts. They're warm and inviting disposition reflects the granny flats ambience. The space itself is cosy, comfortable, warm and very clean. You also have access to a peaceful lake that is so beautiful. There' also a cute BBQ area so you can enjoy a feed outdoors. My partner and i have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for having us 😊

Unit was spacious and ideally located for our visit to Melbourne. A garage stocked with grocery essentials was about a 3 minute walk away, but we did not need any. The teabags and uht milks were a welcoming addition, however, a couple of coffee sachets as well would not have gone astray. When visiting our family we would stay here again.

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Jenny's apartment. The location was fantastic and the views over Southern Cross Station and to the North were fantastic. The air con in all living and bedrooms was a godsend given the 38 degree weather that Melbourne presented to us for a couple of days. The lounge wasn't the most comfortable in the world but given there was so much to do around the apartment we didn't make much use of it.

You must stay here at least once! Fran's and Ray's place is so beautiful and spotless. Their garden adds serenity amidst a peaceful neighbourhood. The unit is very well furnished and cosy. They went above and beyond in making us feel at home. The kids loved the thoughtful touches like toys and books to enrich their stay - a very kid-friendly place. Thank you Fran and Ray for having us.

Great little place to stay for a treat!

A lovely unit. Clean and tidy very comfy bed. Everything you need for a visit to Melbourne. A little light on Tea,coffee etc but supermarket very close by and a cafe downstairs with great coffee and pastries! Will definitely use Brian’s place next time we are in town

The place itself was amazing and everything we could’ve wanted. Location was walkable to everything we wanted. We had a great check out with Tikali helping accommodate us with holding our bags. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone

We had a brilliant stay here. Hazel’s place was clean, surprisingly well stocked (I don’t ever expect that at an Airbnb so it was a lovely surprise). The place was large enough for our family of 4. The view is spectacular. We have stayed at this complex before and stayed again as the amenities in the building are brilliant. The location is so easy too- we walk everywhere. We would stay at Hazel’s place again - it was really good value for money and we can’t fault anything about it!

My partner and I highly enjoyed staying at Marco's place. It had a very nice view from the bedroom, and every room was pristinely cleaned. Location is good with the freeway entries close by, and with Dromana beach not too far away. It is a beautiful home. Thank you Marco

The unit was clean, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. It is a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and other attractions. The hosts are responsive, courteous and provided a lot of information on our surroundings. We highly recommend this apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay at this AirBnB! The location was literally perfect: steps from downtown, trams and other shopping and cafes. Though we didn’t use the pool and hot tub we were thrilled to have a great view of them and of the entire Melbourne skyline. Instructions were detailed and timely and the team was even flexible with our check-in time. In addition, every amenity we could think of was provided in the unit, and I loved the selection of ‘eco-friendly’, Australian-made bath gels. We highly recommend this stay!

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment for our 3 generation family celebrations. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully appointed and was brilliant for our family of 7. It is well situated in Southbank, the Australian Open tennis at Melbourne Park, the National Gallery Victoria for the Kusama exhibition, the Arts Centre for the Penn &Teller show, all within walking distance. Kate was very helpful and always responded promptly to emails and was proactive in promptly dealing with any issues. The wifi was excellent and welcome snacks much appreciated.
