Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

The apartment fully corresponds to the description and the photos. The location directly on the beach is excellent. Parking available around the corner. The beds are comfortable. Everything necessary is available in the kitchen. The cleanliness of the apartment itself is excellent! Location: Belmonte Marina is situated on a very beautiful beach. Unfortunately, there are only a few shopping facilities on site. Overall, it is a little empty in the low season, which is not necessarily a disadvantage. There are a few restaurants, but we didn't try them as we had a car and drove to neighboring Amantea. Overall, the area is beautiful and there is a lot to discover. We definitely recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Anna Maria’s place! She was a really friendly host and directly replied when I had questions for the check-in. The apartment was beautiful and right in the city center so restaurants, cafes and mini-supermarkets were all in walking-distance. Everything was as depicted on Airbnb and all instructions were clear and easy. We would definitely chose her as a host again!

This place is like a dream come true with an unmatched view & private beach. Spacious & welcoming, it is a perfect place to renew body & spirit.

The views here are somehow even better than pictured, worth it for that alone. The apartment matches the photos, the furnishings are spartan but have everything you need for a short stay where you're probably mostly out anyway. The walk into town along the main road has some tight spots without a sidewalk but you can also take the longer walk along the beach. In our group of 4 there were 2 that were woken up by the train and also wished the beds were softer so keep your personal preferences in mind. Minor suggestions would be adding wifi, some extra towels, and regular non-stemmed drinking cups in the home. From the start communication with Francois was excellent, despite some plans outside of his control changing he was proactive on making sure we were able to get checked in with the very friendly housekeeper which worked out perfectly despite the language barrier. If we ever have a chance we would stay again.

Nice family apartment, spacious and comfy. Well stocked kitchen. It's a true one bedroom with separate living room and eat in kitchen. Bed was really large and comfy too. It's also the only apartment we've seen in Italy that has a lift! Apartment is walkable to the historic center. Fabio can recommend places to see. We had a little trouble meeting the lady to let us in, but Fabio set it right. We were just there 2 nights, but we saw the temple of Pythagorus, the city castle, and the old town.

Louisa's house and hosting were both outstanding. The view was even better than shown in photos with beautiful sunsets, a differt one each day, over Stromboli island. Portable fans were welcome as one of the bedrooms and the living room had no mosquito nets and it got very stuffy with windows closed at night. The living room and the tarrace were great places to relax and sunbathe. Both bathrooms and the kitchen area were well maintained and had all the essentials. However if you'd like to keep things private would recommend renting the other unite as well. The host was extremely helpful, quick to respond and gave us nice restaurants recommendations. Would definitely recommend as we consider coming back there ourselves.

Our stay in Praialonga was absolutely a treasure. From start to finish Caterina was absolutely a lovely host and goes above beyond and made our stay lovely. We absolutely loved the welcoming touch with homemade muffins. We look forward to coming back to the region again. The place is exactly as pictured. I already miss the sounds of the sea. Lidia's house is great, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has 2 terraces. Also, the pool is a plus of the accommodation, it is great to be able to cool down just a short walk from the house. Lidia was very attentive to us, she answered very quickly to everything we asked and recommended restaurants and beaches nearby to know. The only thing he doesn't have is ref wifi but for us that was no problem. We were very quiet in the unit, it has supermarkets nearby and the beaches, by car, are very close. We loved staying here, I would definitely recommend this place. The host is 10!

The location of the apartment is the absolute dream. Although the house is quite outdated, but furnished with love, the beds are cozy. Arranging something in the bathroom itself. Beach chairs and umbrella are also available.
