Villa vacation rentals in Sestri Levante

The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures show. The 2 bedrooms are on either side of the large living room/dining room with it's balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are both modern and fully equipped. The villa sits about 2 flights of stairs above an occasionally busy street, so this is not a place for people with mobility issues. Light sleepers may be bothered by street noise, so bring ear plugs if this is an issue for you, but don't pass up this gem because of that. We loved staying in Levanto and this beautiful apartment and welcoming hostess were highlights of our trip to the Cinque Terre.

Very nice house located in a quiet area. We were 12 including 5 children and 2 teenagers and everyone really enjoyed the beautiful pool and garden. There was a playroom for the kids. Claudio was very available and kind when we had any questions. Thanks to him also for his advice

A great place to rest. My wife and I were with 2 kids and a dog. When we arrived, we received a lot of information about local attractions, restaurants, how to explore Cinque Terre and Portofino. Davide made you feel great from the start of your stay. You feel like someone makes you feel good here. The house as in the photos fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and air conditioning in the rooms upstairs. Clean and homey. Replacement of towels and linens after a week. A pool with a wonderful view. Tomatoes and basil from the garden are great. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and rest. I recommend it to everyone and thank the host for this stay. We already want to go back.

We loved Carlotta’s home. Very cozy and private. The pool was wonderful. The surrounding neighborhood was off the beaten path but at the same time very close to everything. Great local trattoria’s and cafe. Carlotta was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

Villa Civetta is close to Sestri Levante, a beautiful picturesque town. There was nothing missing in the house, we just felt comfortable and on the terrace enjoyed the quiet evening after beach and excursions. Thank you Paola for the lovely relaxing stay

Maartje was a great host, together with her husband they help you with everything. Upon arrival, the luggage was brought upstairs and she took into account the time we arrived, we could even without grocery shopping or cooking, in the stay food and drinks, that was completely prepared. The next day, she came to tell extensively what you can do in the area! Enjoy our stay, subject to repetition. The house looked great inside, it was very nicely decorated and very luxurious with a private bathroom in each room and getting up with a great view.

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

Paolo and Silvia were wonderful hosts and very helpful explaining the area. The location is more picturesque than any photo can show. The house is charming and historic with a warm lived in feel to it. As others have said there is a small grocery store about a minutes walk away. They sell food and wine, and have a tasting area and bar for coffee in addition to an outdoor seating area for an apertivo and charcuterie plate. The town of Zoagli is close by but it is a significant downhill walk to get there and more significant uphill walk home if one chooses not to have a car. It is a small town but very nice with restaurants and a gelataria that is excellent. There is a train station in town but also a bus stop near the villa that takes you into Chiavari where you can get a train to the Cinque Terre. Going east there are other resort towns close by that are nice. Overall our group loved staying here and would stay again if back in that area.

We were allowed to enjoy a wonderful holiday in Sabrina's house - the perfect place to really unwind. The kitchen is super equipped, we grilled, baked pizza and cooked a lot well - it was wonderful! The beds are very comfortable and the house was very well maintained overall - you can feel how much love Sabrina is there, that's really nice. Thank you Sabrina for your hospitality! Carlo’s Villa Miranda is a peaceful and beautiful place, and Carlo is an attentive host. We enjoyed our time there very much and hope to return some day.

Well - what a tremendous and charming villa plus superb location. Our two families really loved our week with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their chosen activity: top pool and loungers, hip bar, lots of games available, pizza oven and bbq proved a success, lush mountain views at the breakfast table and shady and fragrant lunches underneath a arbor of jasmine. Loris our caretaker was very hands on, responsive, helpful and made the best tiramisu! We were very sad to leave! Would recommend: a trip to see the marble quarries, Pietrasanta and the Cinqueterra - all within 50minutes drive of the Licciana Nardi. Famille Hickeys and Chiaruccis.

The photos don't lie, this is a great new and functional house in a beautiful garden. We are a family of 4 who visited the place in October. We were greeted at the exit from the highway and guided to the house. There we got a tour of the amenities that felt very safe. We also got great tips for the stay. There was a lot of rainfall for the first few days, and we were very happy we had a place that was nice to just be in. Everyone slept very well at nights, with very good beds, almost complete silence and 3 nice bedrooms. The access to the house is a little steep, but for us this became a unique and authentic experience. We like to run and found several amazing routes starting from the house. These were some great hikes and impressions! We had a dinner in Camogli where we got to experience a mix of heavy clouds, amazing Italian settlement, sea and evening sun - which we had never imagined. NB: A car, or sneakers are needed to get to or from the house.

WOW! This villa has the most stunning views of any place I have ever stayed. Elisabetta was so wonderful to us and responded immediately with any questions that we had. The accommodations were wonderful and the grounds of the villa were impeccable. We hope to return one day soon!

We had a super relaxed time in Carrara. Thank you to Barbara and Simona - you were great hosts. The house is wonderfully quiet, the pool invites you to swim directly - the best conditions to unwind and unwind. The pool is so large that we adults could swim comfortably. In the village, there are various swimming beaches. We drove about 20 minutes by car and were able to park for free. But there would also have been closer stretches of the beach. Unfortunately, it was very hot in our holiday week, so we couldn't explore that much on foot. The pool was the perfect cooling off for us. In the house we had several fans available, which were especially important at night. Thank you Simona and Barbara for this great time. The two were always easily accessible and very kind and personable. Peace and privacy are very important to us on vacation - both are wonderfully given in this accommodation.

sanda's house is really interesting with ample space and very comfortable. the house is dated, but it contains very nice vintage elements. There's nothing missing, and the pool and outdoor space are great. Sanda was very kind and helpful.

Franco is a super great host, the welcome and farewell were very personal and warm. Franco has very good tips and is always helpful. The location of the house is magnificent between many olive trees, quietly located with a fantastic view over the Magra Valley to the sea, simply priceless. The location of the house is great, right next to the beautiful picturesque old village of Castelnuovo Magra. The sea is only about 15min away, the quarries of Carrara are also nearby (highly recommended), Pisa and Florence as well as Cinque Terre are also in the area. It was a great vacation, thank you Franco.

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!

Loved it!! My family and I enjoyed an amazing week in Albertos villa, the house was beautiful as pictured and large enough that all of us had our own space and plenty to share too (including a charming garden where we enjoyed eating outside several nights). Various terraces in front and rear allow you sun or shade when you like. Alberto was super friendly and kind enough to offer us an early check in at no extra cost. We were greeted upon arrival on the main street and helped to carry our bags up the small stoneway to the Villa. Thereafter he showed us around the house and offered us great recommendations in the local area. All rooms are very comfortable, clean and tastefully finished in true Ligurian style with great views from all rooms ; A/C worked perfectly, good water pressure and fast WIFI and the mosquito nets allowed airy insect free warm nights). We also had Alberto book a professional chef come in to cook a 5-course dinner. Absolutely not to miss this experience and lear

What a wonderful place with a spectacular view. Plenty of room but steep stairs to each level and a bit of a goat track to get to the property. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful. Nicolo's was very helpful with ideas and recommendations and the instructions for the property were very well communicated. If you do not have any physical restrictions, then this is the perfect place to escape, especially if you have a big group.
