Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Special place to live a direct experience with the sea, to be lulled by the waves breaking just a few steps away. Ideal for families with small children or couples that love tranquillity and the sun.
