AMAZING stay. Second year renting the apartment to stay with my friends and we will certainly rent many more times. First, Mário is really a super host, kind and very helpful, even offering us items that were not described when we need and made great recommendations! The apartment is like a house, the rooms are large and although, as described, one of the showers does not work with hot water, it has a shower for ice water, so there are two toilets working well, spacious and well-equipped, accommodating the need of everyone very well. The house was a glow, with well cleaned bedding and towels, an amazing experience. The kitchen has the basics, with a microwave, a coffee machine and an airfryer! In addition to a great washing machine that was a hand on the wheel. Thank you for everything, Mário!

It was our first time using the facilities and the experience was excellent. Mr. Valmir was an exceptional host: attentive, helpful and always available. The flat is modern, cozy and very well maintained, in addition to being equipped with the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The location near Praça da Mantiqueira is a great differential, with easy access to several shops and food options. The environment is quiet and safe, ideal for both transit and rest. We recommend we will certainly return!

Excellent cost x benefit! I also praise what we usually only find in a hotel: 2 pillows for each and a very comfortable bed. A detail that makes a difference. The apartment is exactly as pictured, very cozy and clean. The location is excellent, close to everything and you can do a lot on foot. Veronica was very polite, we had no problem. The apartment is large, with a good living room with sofa bed and smart TV. American cuisine had everything we needed for the weekend. The rooms (suites) were large and very comfortable. Quality bedding. The condominium is delicious. It has tennis courts, swimming pools, plenty of green space for sightseeing in addition to restaurants. We think it's a good value. Marco was always solicited, very educated and attended us promptly every time. We will be back.
