São is a friendly and very attentive host. Their beautiful home is perfect for lounging in the Alentejano countryside, but just minutes away from Mértola and other cities of interest. Tastefully decorated, it has everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. Thank you for everything, we will not hesitate to return.

Stay of 5 days. Very nice accommodation with a great landscaped exterior. Top-notch pool. Very clean and spacious for our family of 4. All comfort and very well equipped. Very responsive and pleasant host. Hosted by Annibal who is very helpful and adorable. An area rich in tours and lakes set up for swimming. Very good stay even if indeed the church bells could disturb but we get used to it!

Everything went very well! House decorated with an extreme taste, equipped with everything that is needed for a few days with family or friends! We will certainly return.

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful and quiet b&b with a fantastic view from the blissful roof terrace. The host also gives many tips to make the stay memorable. Highly recommended!

This is one of the most unique and beautiful places I have stayed. The outdoor space includes a balcony, a patio, and a garden, all with spectacular views. The indoor space is a rambling stone house including dining room with a fireplace and arched ceiling and a bedroom with a cozy study down a half-flight of stairs. The kitchen has plenty of room and equipment for cooking meals, but there are also several very good restaurants close by. The host was wonderful about checking in to make sure things are OK. The only thing I would say is that we were there during an unusually cold spell and although the heater kept the bedroom cozy, the rest of the house was chilly. Not unexpected for an old stone house, and it didn’t bother us, we just built fires to take the chill off.

kiko is a super sweet person and we loved his place! We had everything we needed and had the most peaceful breakfast overlooking the vineyard. It was exactly what we needed after a long trip. It was comfortable, clean and a lot of care had gone into it. I'd highly recommend it to future guests!

i've been in this development for a week and just loved it! the apartment was fantastic , clean and with everything needed to use in the kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, mini electric oven, microwave, ceramic and refrigerator). the common pool to all the apartments in a safe and very good area and with good solarium area! Mr. Ricardo always responsive by message and the maid Ana simply fantastic,always available for something that was necessary. for me was the ideal place to rest, I work all year round with the attendance to the public and here I managed to isolate myself ! within an acceptable distance (10 minutes by car) from Mértola where we can get everything we need! we also have the river beach of São Domingos mines about 30 minutes by car where we find beach and pic nic area where there is also a snacks bar and has life-saving swimmers watch! i just loved the region! hei-de volt!

10 stars all around! From the moment we arrived, till we reluctantly had to leave. Wishing we had planned to stay longer. This gorgeous, spacious, private home is on the top of a hill, w wonderful views across the countryside. Though the hosts live on the same property, you’d never realize it, the house is that private. That said, both Armando & Andrea were always available is we had questions. The kitchen is the most well equipped rental home kitchen I’ve ever been in, nothing was missing! The living room has 2 comfy couches and lots of outdoor seating poolside. Sadly, the weather was too cold for the pool. Given that it was so cold, we gave the heating a workout, good AC/heat units in all the rooms. Beds were comfy, bedrooms had blackout screens, & good closet space to unpack. Andrea provided a lovely welcome basket with wine & lemons. This place & the hosts are absolute gems! It’s always lovely when you leave an Airbnb having made new friends. Excellent property and location. We loved the pool, there is plenty of room for a family to settle in well. Very well-kept apartment exactly as shown in the photos, the cleanliness was impeccable! Sérgio was an excellent host, attentive from start to finish, we will certainly be happy to come back other times!

Charming, beautiful home. It is located in small town, walking distance to a market and a few cafés. We loved the area as it has a lot to offer. There are towns with amazing restaurants in either direction 10 minutes drive away. We enjoyed the pool with the kids, though it is on the small side.

The house is typical of the Alentejo area, it is a country house in the middle of the fields in a characteristic village where everyone knows each other. Feel right at home! The house is very spacious and clean, both the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen have space for everyone. The most wonderful thing is the very spacious courtyard, with the possibility of eating outdoors and with a donkey as a neighbor who will come to visit to have some food. The neighbor who takes care of check-in is available to help and give a lot of information. Amazing experience!

The house was very charming. It was a quaint, traditional home, and it was very well maintained and renovated. It was wonderful spending time at the house. Visiting Murao in the fall makes finding a restaurant difficult in town during the week, so if you plan to visit in the off season, just be aware that there may be few options during the week.

A place for those who, with family or friends, seek calm, peace and silence with privacy and all the necessary amenities. Very well maintained and cared for estate. Excellent common swimming pool. For lovers of hiking, ideal location. Regarding the house, it could not be better, spacious, sunny and a small pool for the hottest days. Top hosts want Daniel like D.
