House vacation rentals in Sequatchie County

Spent Thanksgiving with family here and it was great! Such a well stocked kitchen and labels everywhere so you can actually find things. Highly recommend, we'll be back for sure!

Let’s just say….We felt like the red carpet was rolled out for us!! Everything was as described, nothing was left out. The area was a central location to shopping, restaurants, hanging out, museums and more. All of the appliances were available, clean and up to date. The decor was the TEA!!! It was simply like looking at pictures in Better Homes and Gardens. The smart tvs were a definite win for my young son and having 3 floors of space made even more enjoyable. Having a balcony in the master bedroom was phenomenal especially at night when the city was quiet and lights lit the sky. We spent Christmas here and hope to return again because EVERYTHING was EVERYTHING!!! And let me say, we’ll probably never get a chance to meet the owners of the property, however, you can tell they care for their home and the experience people will have while staying. If you don’t book, you’re definitely missing out!!!

Breathtakingly beautiful home with well mantained, spacious yard. I appreciate that the photos were spot on and actually didn’t do this home justice. The classy furnishings and furniture made this the best Airbnb I’ve been to so far. Thank you for accommodating my family for the holidays with a Christmas tree, candy tray and wine. I 100% refer this home.

The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, more than enough supplies for everything else we needed. Host was super responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone.

I can’t say how much we needed this time together as a family. Our family grew apart for a little bit —due to various situations. The reunion was so good for us all. The home is very inviting and comfortable. It was everything we needed and wanted in a little vacation. Rex, the host is super nice too!

This property was lovely. Great location for going to lookout mountain. The road leading to the house definitely needs to be paved but it was clearly mentioned in the descriptions so it wasnt a surprise. Amber was very quick to respond to the few questions we had. She was great. The view was stunning. The weather was windy and cold so we sadly couldnt explore the property but we would love to come back in the future. Definitely recommend this listing.

My family came to attend a funeral, the place was conveniently located and hosts were nice.

After staying in two disappointing corporate rentals, this was AN OASIS! I am not exaggerating at all to say this was THE MOST THOUGHTFUL & WELL APPOINTED Airbnb I have EVER stayed in! Teresa thought of EVERYTHING and then a few more things! Snacks, coffee, tea, hot condiments, spices, otc meds, toiletries, even scent free clothes detergent! MY LORD! And her seasonal pillows and wine glasses?! ADORABLE!!! The hot tub was 103 and ready for us the moment we arrived. Clear and kind labels everywhere to make things so easy to find 💗 Just an absolutely superb host!!!

I truly can’t say enough how wonderful Lyn’s tiny home is! It’s a little slice of peace and magic, with every little detail beautifully thought out and curated. Lyn and Brett have truly outdone themselves with their beautiful properties and made us feel right at home, thank you for being so warm & welcoming. We cannot wait to return to Paradise Meadows!

My family and I traveled from Florida and Michigan to vacation at Donna’s place for the week of Thanksgiving! This home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and fully stocked with things most airbnbs do not provide! We loved the area, the yard was exactly what the kids needed, running and playing ball, and exploring the surrounding areas! The kitchen is immaculate, and was my favorite place! I could cook breakfast, lunch and dinners without a care in the world while looking out the large windows and seeing the beautiful Mountain View’s! I 100% recommend Donna’s place, and while you’re in town make sure to visit the cookie jar cafe for lunch or dinner!! Thank you Donna for sharing your beautiful home we are excited to visit Dunlap again!

Such a perfect place for my family! My husband, 2 year old, and I stayed here for a weekend and it exceeded expectations. Sandy was very responsive, warm, and a lot of care was put into this space. It was very clean and peaceful. We had plenty of privacy without feeling isolated! We looooved the farm animals and view. Something I didn’t previously catch —which I think is wonderful —is that these sweet animals are rescues. Definitely a plus. Hope to stay here again!

Derek’s Falling Water cottage was exactly as described. It was perfect for our vacation and had all the amenities we needed. The price was great, and the location was excellent. This home was definitely worth it!

What a great cozy house with a comfortable setup. Walking distance to downtown. Very clean.

It was our second stay at this Signal Mountain home and the perfect place to celebrate the holidays! We will be back again!

Erin’s place had the most amazing views. Our family was able to go on many hikes close by the house. Even some trails from the house. We enjoyed the house and it was very well taken care of.

It was absolutely beautiful and fully stocked with anything you may need for a trip. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful and she was such a great communicator with what to do and where to park for the snow storms we were having, just an amazing experience and an amazing host!

Lovely little cabin. Great view, tucked away in nature. It’s 30 min from Chattanooga and 1 hour from fiery gizzard. Well maintained property. About 5 units total on the premises. Yet each is super private.

This is not your average high-end Airbnb. Lynelle’s place is over and above what you would expect. We stayed in three high end Airbnb's during a 10-day trip and our entire experience here stood out. Lyn and Brett are kind, friendly people and they know hospitality. The property itself is just so gorgeous and pastoral. The home is decorated in a very thoughtful way. If you're looking for a great experience, I recommend Lynelle’s home all day long.
