Vacation rentals with a patio in Seoul

First of all, it was so nice that they responded so quickly and kindly guided me.. Above all, I never imagined that I could rent a loft house in Seoul and stay, but it was an accommodation where romance seemed to come true. Thanks to you, I had a really good rest. 😉

It was such a perfect place to gather 8 people as a gathering of friends. The number of beds where everyone can lie down and relax, and the large table in the living room where you can talk was so nice. There were two bathrooms, and the view, atmosphere, and facilities were perfect for group gatherings.

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

This apartment is well located being close to the bus and train and many great restaurants both small and large. It is very modern and spacious with all new appliances and furnishings. There is a convenience store at ground level along with a 24 hour concierge. We felt very safe and comfortable here and we appreciated how responsive the host was to all our inquiries. We would happily recommend this property for both short and long term stays.

Everyone was assigned to a different place in the middle school, so I urgently promoted my trip because it was a shame to end it on the day of graduation from elementary school. I found a place to stay for one night in downtown Seoul.. The first place I booked was Choding children, so they refused us. So I thought I wouldn't be able to travel, but the host of the new place I found was so kind, and I was thankful that he was very considerate of us. It was so nice to be able to stay in such a wonderful accommodation. If I have a chance next time, I would like to use Coz's place again. The warmth and cleanliness of the moment you enter the house is the advantage of this home. I think it was better because it was like home when I lived in the United States. When I contacted you on the phone late at night, you responded kindly right away, and I was thankful.:)

It was a good stay, space is clean and cozy. Water pressure was a bit low but other things are all good.

It was a great experience. I love staying at Sanjin's hanok. I want to give five stars out of five. If someone asks me about possible improvement, adding large bath towels to the other towels adds value to the hanok. A small microwave would also be convenient for customers.

Three of us stayed (2 adult, 1 child) at the airbnb. It was nice and cosy at a quiet neighborhood. Check-in: Easy to follow the check-in instructions. Arrived at the place around 11pm. Accessibility: For families with a lot of luggages, this location is not easily accessible by large taxi (7/9 seater) due to the very narrow road. Our taxi driver cars’ (arrival & deeparture) were damaged as it tried to force into the narrow road. There is a nearby larger road which is 1.5mins walking distance from airbnb if you still insist on large taxis. Families with few luggages & using saloon car taxis shouldn’t have trouble accessing the road. Location: Walkable distance to itaewon station (10-15mins walk) and nearby convenience store available (5mins walk) Cleanliness: The airbnb was clean when we arrived. Communication with host: host is responsive and friendly. He is also helpful when we reported the airbnb wifi have issues on 1st day. He gave instructions on how to trouble.

I stayed overnight due to a nearby hospital surgery, and I was not feeling well, so I made an inquiry while suffering from both the heat and the cold, and I was so grateful that you suggested a solution and provided a fan even though it was a cold day!

Great Airbnb for a group. Close to metro with all amenities you needed. Very cozy. At first it was a change that the towels were very small but they ended up working fine to dry ourselves. Thanks for the stay!

It's my first time booking a place to stay on Airbnb. It was really really really, really nice!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the host's kindness. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it's a bit of a shame that there aren't many places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and it is slightly inconvenient to go on foot.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
