Waterfront vacation rentals in Seongbuk District

I came during the winter and the heated floors were perfect at keeping us warm. Location wise, the house is in the middle of two different stations making it difficult to access either or but they are close enough to be a 8-12 min walk. Joe and Kathy were always responsive and patient with my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend.

The communication was quick and the facilities were just as good as I thought. But it was in the refrigerator and the pantry was full, so my friend who stayed was a little confused. Anyway, it was nice!

The room is clean and functional, the key is the good location, easy to go everywhere

I had a great stay at Miu’s place during my visit to Seoul last month! The apartment offered an incredible view, which made mornings and evenings so much more special. The location was perfect, conveniently close to major attractions and public transport, making it super easy to get around the city. The place itself was clean, cozy and well-equipped. Miu was helpful and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul. Thank you Miu! ^^

The location was as good as the reviews. The unfortunate thing is that the living room is narrow. There are 3 rooms.

Is there a place like this in Jamsil? The location is so good, the bus stop is right in front, and the subway station is within a 10-minute walk, so it's very convenient ~ And the Lotte World view is so pretty that you have to play outside, but it's fun even if it's just in the accommodation. It was😆 warm and clean ~! I💯'm willing to revisit!!

I stayed for 3 weeks for a family trip I was very satisfied with the price. If the host has any questions or requests, Please respond right away and solve it. He gives it to me. Next time I travel, This is the place you want to stay.

Really very good, the host auntie is very good. On the way uphill, she recognized us haha, and she took the initiative to help us bring the suitcase, so it was too bad for two of our two-two girls, because the box is very heavy, anyway!Everything, there are snacks in the fridge, the fridge microwave can be used, the heater is also special, sleep in short-sleeved shorts at night

The place is very clean and has a lot of beds, which is great for a large group of people. Each room has air conditioning, so you can have a pleasant stay even in the summer months. In addition, the accommodation was spacious, so I was able to stay comfortably, and there were plenty of cutlery, so there was no inconvenience when cooking.

We had a fantastic time staying at Point Hangang. I hosted a small New Year’s party for 14 people, and the property was perfect for the occasion. The apartment was clean, spacious, and stylish, offering a stunning view of the Hangang River. All the necessary supplies were provided, and the owners were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and absolutely worth the price.

The apartment was very spacious and the host was very responsive. He responded very quickly to our needs and helped us to book a van to the airport. The apartment was up on a hill which could be difficult for some people to climb up as it was relatively steep. The train station was quite close by, about 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Highly recommended. Good stay if you have a group of family with kids or even a group of friends. All of the facilities complete. Near to itaewon station and even buses. Near to seoul station was just 20 mins with bus.

The house was clean and it was very easy to check-in. The location was close to a bus stop that took you directly to Hongdae and also very close to convenience marts as well as the Han river. The house had everything you’d need, albeit small, and was worth it for the money paid.

The host is kind and communication is desirable! The accommodation was in good condition, and I was able to spend a good time with my friends ~
