Vacation rentals with lake access in Seo-gu

I was very happy to live here. There are many delicious convenience stores and subway stations around. It is also very close, and the living environment is very convenient. It makes us feel very comfortable. The bed is very soft and comfortable.☺️

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my grown up daughter and the place was perfect for what we needed, a base to explore from. The fact that there is a bus stop right outside the apartment is really handy. The bus can takeyou to the local metro or it takes 20 minutes to walk. Really appreciated the washing machine with laundry detergent and there is also a small airer to use. There is also a 24hr launderette nearby! The kitchen area has everything you possibly need to make a meal but we often ate out and only used the kettle to make ramen! If you stay when it's cold, the heating is amazing. There's underfloor heating that makes the space super cosy! Plenty of on demand hot water and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided by Sulin. Oh and toothpaste! We REALLY liked that Sulin provided a fabric freshener for our clothes that smelt from the delicious Korean BBQs that we ate at! So handy to have & a good idea! Loved staying here. It's quiet & Sulin is a lovely host!

Hanaro Mart, Luge, and the beach are all within 10 minutes by car, the surroundings are quiet, and the accommodation items are all clean and nice.

Clean accommodation! I used the tableware very well without lacking anything! The neighborhood's sociable puppy also came with us and the kids loved it! This is where I want to go again next time:)

2 toilets, 3 rooms, spacious living room dining table (8 people) These are the main advantages, and I'm satisfied overall without regret:)

The host communicates well, the house is enough for 4 people, the surrounding area is a quiet residential area, very close to Wangwang Market ~ the subway exit is also very convenient!

Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation. The interior was tidy, the bathroom was clean, and there was nothing wrong with the inside of the house, but there is a problem with parking, and you have to be careful when parking. The commercial area on the first floor said they had to operate, and they called and texted from 10 o'clock. I think it's best not to take a car when you go.

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

It was close to Yadang Station, so it was convenient to go by train, and there were lots of food nearby, so it was great for people who came on a trip to have a comfortable stay. I think I'll use it again next time I travel here. I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

The accommodation was very tidy and pretty!! The location was also very close to Dangsan Station, so it was very convenient to get around on Line 2. I am 100% willing to use it again the next time I go to Seoul!!

Second time to stay here, excellent

Suddenly, I needed a place to stay, so I urgently looked into it, and I booked the accommodation after 7 pm on the same evening, but even though I asked for it urgently, he made a reservation right away, and he gave me instructions right away, so I checked in without waiting. The facilities were the same as the photos, the interior was so pretty and tidy, and the view was so good that it was a place I decided urgently, but I was so satisfied! The heating kinney was warm, the warm water came out well, and it was nice to have a lot of towels!

Compared to nearby accommodations, the price is not bad. Above all, it was so nice to have a lake view and even a terrace. Good

A wonderful place to stay! We were there for about two weeks with two children, and it was perfect for us. The apartment is clean and spacious. It is well situated within walking distance of subway stops (Lines 5 and 9), a bustling department store (The Hyundai), and plenty of markets, coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants that are nearby. The host was friendly and responsive.

It was a pleasant stay and host James was there to receive us and guided us clearly on the amenities. The rooms are nice and clean and provided good space for our party of 6. Located near a park and well known Hongdae area with a lot of restaurants and shops. convenient walk to the subway Hongik Univ. Station.

We stayed for 4 days, 3 nights at Terry’s place and loved it! Felt like home and a place we would live in. The view was amazing, but sadly it was cloudy on the days we were there. The bed was very cozy and softer than hotel beds. The loft was spacious and plenty of closet and drawer space. Very pleasant stay, but a little pricier than staying at a hotel. The location was nice too as it was a short walk to the station and 1 stop away from Hongdae, our favorite neighborhood. We also had a lot of luggage’s and the airport limousine bus station was a 5 min walk. Overall I would still recommend it and plan to stay here again next time we’re in Korea! :)
