Cottage vacation rentals in Senja

Incredible surroundings. We were fortunate to have a crisp clear night when the Aurora appeared above the house. We also had lots of snow which was great fun for walking, sledging and playing. The hot tub is a wonderful indulgence.

Jorun has had many guests in her house on Sommaroy. Like all guests before us, I can only confirm from the heart what a great hostess Jorun is and how comfortable we felt in her house from beginning to end!!!!! Even when arriving, the weather was anything but smooth, she was there for us with help and advice, thank you very much for that;) We will definitely come back again, on the one hand to enjoy Jorun's hospitality again and on the other hand to get a second chance to see the aurora lights, which unfortunately was not the case this time. The house is placed up the hill. You have a beuatiful view out there over the sea. It‘s very calm and you can barely enjoy the sun on the terrace with it’s garden. Also the house is nearby a big town where you find anything you need. The mobiliar of the house fits perfectly and looks very new. We felt us very welcome and enjoyed our stay. Thank you Marlen!

All fine, but there is a steep road leading to the house, so it might be necessary to park in front of the garage at the main road in case the road is too slippery.

Words will never make justice to what we felt at this house. When we saw Bergsfjorden from the upper part of the road, we understood where we were landing. This place is magical. Inside and outside. The bad part was packing and leaving those windows full of joy behind.

Beautiful cozy house in front of the sea in a white-deep fjord, what else? The communication with the host was perfect as one as the position and the house. We'll always remember the quite during a snowfall looking at the sea from the window. Absolutely reccomended!

We had a great time once again. Erlend is a great owner. He was there following a vehicle problem, without him our stay would not have been as successful. The owner is very attentive. He gives a beautiful image of his beautiful country. We are very happy with our stay and will come back Thanks Erlend

We had a great and relaxing week. Björn would be reachable in case we would have nedeed him. Nice Nordic Lights were great and the location is quiet with great ocean views and really away from everything .
