This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

I was in Massimo's villa by the sea for a week with my husband and mom... it was perfect for us! On one side the sea, on the other the "city" with market, supermarket, etc. Fall asleep with sea noise and the cure of people at Lungomare. Kitchen top equipped for self-cooking... I would love to come back :-) Massimo is a great host, thanks for everything and see you again. Ciao katrin

Domiziana's place is a welcome respite if you have been dealing with a lot of hustle and bustle. We were there in September, the offseason, and enjoyed the quiet. It's right on the ocean so you can hear the waves. (Note, as others have you are also beside railroad tracks. But we also agreed with others that you get used to the trains). There's plenty of room. The house is modern (maybe too modern for the 70-somethings we are as the electronic control system was a bit of a challenge). There is a wonderful cross breeze from front to back. The kitchen is one of the most fully outfitted I've run into with today's Airbnb's. All the tools, & condiments. It was a pleasure. One note for those who are of the more elderly persuasion. The stairs to get up and down from the bedrooms is a very steep, spiral staircase. If you have mobility issues, be advised THERE IS AN ELEVATOR. We only used it to get our suitcases up and down which was a blessing. If you love a seaside locale, this is great.

Cristina's welcome (Marco's mom) was spotless, the accommodation clean, quite well-equipped (except for the absence of microwave) and the children's playground/pool are great. The accommodation is 2km from the sea, in a quiet atmosphere and a beautiful setting.

Charming setting for anyone who wants spend a full vacation relaxation in the peace of nature. The apartment is comfortable with mosquito nets, fireplace and well-stocked kitchen of utensils. All surrounded by a large garden fenced in with oleanders and rosemary, barbecues and sun loungers in all privacy. The farmhouse has parking, a solarium area, a beautiful pool with reserved umbrellas, small fitness area and play area. The farmhouse is just a few miles from the town tourist and places of interest. We were greeted by Mrs. Cristina with courtesy and kindness and he gave us recommendations about restaurants and places to visit. It was a nice vacation I would have gladly extended!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

House is in a good location. Walking 25-35 minutes away from beaches. Nicoletta was always available and helped. Only water pressure in upper bathroom was not enough. The apartment is literally a stone's throw from the sea. It is bright, clean, tastefully furnished, perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach without having to take the car or walk long. The beach in that area is spacious and sandy, which I personally appreciate very much (I have memories in Civitanova of beaches with the stones that I never liked much). You can also take long walks by the sea, and reach more isolated and quiet areas. There were four of us, and we were comfortable. In particular, I appreciated the spacious and bright living room, equipped with two windows from which you can see the sea, and the spacious bathroom with a really large shower, equipped with a very nice skylight that illuminates the environment very well. The bedroom is a little small if you have to sleep in two adults with lots of luggage, but it fits without any problems if you don't have any pretensions and/or problems using a bunk bed. A few minutes' walk from the house you can find shops that provide all the basic amenities, such as bars and supermarkets. There is also one fishing shop, for enthusiasts like me. Elisabetta, the host, is very nice and nice, we didn't miss a thing and it was really available right away. Once again the Marche is a wonderful region, which I recommend to anyone, both for the scenic beauty itself, and for the kindness and friendliness of the Marche. Absolutely appreciated stay, to be repeated! Highly recommended!

the home is exactly as described in the listing description. Good location, 1 minute from the Rivabella seafront, just 5 minutes by car from the historic center of Rimini and as many from the Rimini promenade. Great location for trips in the Rimini hinterland.

We arrived by train and bus, the bus stop is 50 meters from the property and beach, supermarket, restaurants, town center as well as the neighboring town of Sirolo are within walking distance. The house has lots of charm, is centrally located on a nice and quiet path. Francesco was always easy to reach and responded quickly and kindly and gave tips. We had a very nice stay in Numana!

Our vacation was familiar, great hospitality and continuous availability. The house is super clean and equipped with everything you may need, washing machine, dishwasher and super equipped kitchen.... just like at home!! The location is the reason that made us choose Angela's house, and I have to say that, to get out of the gate, cross the street and be directly on the beach, for me it is priceless! Nearby there is everything you may need, right in front of the house there is a kiosk on the beach where you can have breakfast or quick snacks! In addition to the sea, the hilly area is beautiful and there are several very good proposals of restaurants that offer very good local cuisine. Highly recommended vacation!
