Lovely stay just outside the center of Gubbio, a huge apartment, in fact we were all 7 of us. The host has provided helpful guidance on how and where to get around the city, including a hiking trail, busiest clubs, and folkloric events. A breakfast was also provided with packaged products, basic but satisfactory, we really appreciated it. For the rest, nothing to report, the apartment presented itself as per the directions and the perfect welcome.

Absolutely amazing place and Elettra is ready with recommendations on everything and also offered to take on one of the trips she talked about. Cheap and really amazing place up on a small mountain. You have to drive to everything, and you don't have to get in a large SUV because the roads are small. Our Volvo XC90 had to back up and give way quite a few times.

The house is in a quiet area, equipped with everything , great outdoor space with a hot tub and barbecue .

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

This place is simply amazing and Simona is probably the best host you can find, she makes you feel like a family friend and not just a guest. She made quite q few recommendations (even after leaving her place) that really made a difference. The house, the restaurant, the staff, the surrounding area, the swimming pool, everything is like coming out of one of those films that makes you want to go to Tuscany, so authentic and aesthetic. All the details are carefully looked after and this place makes you feel exactly as you expect when you choose Tuscany. Thanks a lot Simona, we really enjoyed these days and we expect to come back in the future.

They have been wonderful days,perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nature that surrounds Raggiolo. Our dog is very happy with access to the river and the river park just below the pool. Laura was super helpful and welcoming,we felt at home in a place where nothing was missing! Congratulations to the owners who have created a magical and one-of-a-kind place, thank you very much.

Davide was a responsive and very helpful host. We were late for the expected arrival time due to an accident on the route and it was not a problem to welcome us. The place is spacious and very clean, equipped with all comforts and in a perfect location. Full center of Arezzo with an adorable view of Piazza S.Agostino, everything can be reached on foot. The rooms are equipped with every comfort and a special note to the mattress in the bed in the living room, really comfortable. We will definitely keep Davide's contact for a possible summer return! I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. This was a breathtaking area. The photos don't do it justice, beautiful in each and every direction. Upon arrival we were in awe of the views and that remained for each and every day at the property. There's secure parking for your car, which we appreciated. The property was very clean and homely, which made it easy to settle into. Norma and her family were an absolute pleasure to deal with and provided us with lists of great recommendations. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy some spectacular views or need a base for an adventure in Tuscany, look no further!
