Vacation rentals with breakfast in Seminole County

my group had an amazing stay. Home is absolutely gorgeous. Nick and Anna were extremely accommodating. staying here felt like staying with distant relatives. it's by far the best airbnb you'll ever stay at. only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Family of 10 came here and was very happy to choose this place. It was perfect for us, loads of space and areas to chill and have a good time. You can tell by the moment you looked around that someone cares about this place. A lot of thoughtful things added, it felt like a home from home. Will defo book again.

Nice solid rental close to everything with lots of room to relax in a residential neighborhood that is quiet and peaceful. House is large and spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would stay again when I am going to be in the area

The house was in excellent condition, VERY clean, nice decor. We were on a ladies trip, there was plenty of space for all of our belongings. The great room was perfect, even space for an impromptu dance party:) Everything was in walking distance, all the best shops & restaurants. Several of the ladies are already talking about coming back. Any questions I had Edward quickly answered.

Great space near all the Eustis action. Walk to restaurants, park and downtown. Across the street from the lake. Has everything u need and lots of space. Easy in and out.

This place was fantastic! Great open space and close to restaurants and coffee shops. Had everything we needed!! Beds were super comfy and Donna was a great host and very responsive to the few questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic stay at Dora’s Heart. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. Its location is ideal—just minutes from downtown Mount Dora, a charming area filled with unique boutiques, excellent restaurants, and a welcoming small-town atmosphere. One restaurant I highly recommend is Goblin Market, known for its cozy ambiance and outstanding cuisine. Additionally, the property’s proximity to State Road 429 provides easy access to surrounding areas, making it a convenient choice for both leisure and business travelers. If you’re visiting the area, this is an excellent place to stay.

Since the moment I booked with Daniela, I experienced lightning-fast responses to any questions or concerns I may have had. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. It was spacious and luxurious. No issues whatsoever. I would love to stay here again and would also give a 10-star rating if I could. I am confident that if you decide to book with Daniela, you would definitely be able to relax and enjoy a little "home away from home".

This place is great!! was exactly as advertised. We had an issue with wifi when we checked in. Let me tell you. Steve was at our door within 10 mins of us sending out our message. He even had to remove equipment (modem, Router) and return to a store for exchange. He did that the following morning and got it working right away. The location is close to everything on Idrive, SeaWorld, etc yet still tucked away from the traffic. Walgreens connected to the entrance, 7/11 across the street with a new Chick Fil A as well. We needed a late check out and it was granted immediately. Can't thank them enough. The responsiveness was incredible. Denise was wonderful too. We will definitely be back!!!. don't forget to check out the pool. Very large Pool and Jacuzzi. with DJ and games. Oh and a Bar. coming back soon.

Amazing place and great location. Very convenient to so many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Very easy to get in and out of and to get an Uber. Cynthia was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It was an amazing stay and would 100% stay here again.

Situated on an old brick covered road that circled Davis Lake, this 1940's beautiful spacious home made a statement of good taste and style. The private room with a bathroom was spotless and very comfortable, offering a view of Davis Lake at the front, and the exotic pool and hot tub area from the back! The pool was so nice and looked as if it belonged on an island, along with the waterfall going into the hot tub on the next level of the gardens. Breakfast was delicious on both mornings and anything we could want in between was provided for us. It felt like we were being treated like family! Such a relaxing vibe at The Tugboat, one can't help but take that calm feeling home when you leave.

I can't thank our amazing host enough for making my daughter's first solo trip so memorable and stress-free! This charming one-bedroom Airbnb was the perfect spot for my 18 and 16-year-old girls to stay while they celebrated my daughter's birthday. The location was ideal—just a short drive to Universal Studios, and close to all the major shops, which made it so convenient for them to explore. As a parent, I was understandably nervous about letting them stay on their own for the first time, but the host went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. From the first message, they were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring everything was set up for a smooth and worry-free experience. When my daughters arrived, they immediately felt welcomed and at home. The house was cozy, inviting, and impeccably clean—exactly what they needed to relax and enjoy their trip. They raved about how comfortable and safe they felt throughout their stay, which made all the difference for me.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Inn on The Avenue! The livingroom, kitchen & dining area is vibrant, fun, beachy and comfortable enouch to curl up and read a book. In the morning before we left, (Carole, who was a great host) made wonderful Italian scrambled eggs while we made pancakes on a griddle set in the table and talked with her and a few other guests. We were sorry it was only an overnight stay. This is a perfect place for couples to stay, girls trips, book clubs... Location is incredible, walking distabce to bars, restaurants and the ocean. We truly can't wait to return!

The Mermaid Room was decorated so cute, the bed was comfy, and the jacuzzi spa was awesome. We had a fantastic time here and the location (right on Flagler) was perfect. We could walk to all the cute shops, restaurants, and the beach. Tamara and Francis were so sweet and made brownies, cookies, and sangria for us daily. We loved their table pancake griddles and their homemade breakfast each morning. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!!
