Our stay was amazing. The views were breathtaking. Really good for a big family. Everybody had lots of space the place felt very welcoming. My kids loved the game room. This was our second time staying at the Nest in the Woods, so that says it all :) Sasha is a wonderful host and makes our relaxation and enjoyment a top priority. The space is warm and cozy with wall-to-wall carpet, fire place, hot tub and sauna. The perfect winter getaway. The view from the hot tub is expansive and soul-nurturing. The cottage has a spectacular view of the lake. It is very spacious and up to date. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, dinnerware, pots/pans, an air fryer and rice cooker. The dock area is in great condition, so it is a terrific place to relax in the sun, swim and fish. The stairs from the cottage to the dock has many steps, so my 84 year-old mother-in-law with bad osteoarthritis of the knees could not get down to the lake to go tubing. She was very happy to stay in the cottage and enjoy the view. The is only a short drive to Buckhorn with a Foodland and a Home Hardware to pick the items that you packed but left at home. Alex and Sophie were quick to answer any questions. Overall a really enjoyable couple of weeks.

This property was not as described. IT WAS SO MUCH BETTER! It was huge! Hosts personalized the entrance and made it feel like a home away from home. The hottub was outstanding and the thoughtfulness to the Airbnb and it's functionality was superb. The hosts kept to themselves and let us enjoy every last minute to ourselves. We heard foot steps upstairs maybe once or twice but besides that there's really not a single thing I can say negatively about our experience. We would like to visit again. Thanks Bonnie & Dave

Nice home in a quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood. Easy to find and access. Big back yard for kids and dog (although not fully fenced, which was fine as we brought our own leash). We arrived from out of province (via flying) and were surprised to find the beds already made with the necessary linens (we had packed our own via suitcase as per the ad details). But we appreciated the kind gesture had we somehow failed to bring our own! The kitchen is updated (so different from pictures) but still has all the appliances and cooking items a family would need for their stay. Lots of stores (grocery, banks, restaurants, Canadian Tire etc) are within a 10 min drive or less, making “going into town” to grab stuff a breeze. Plus having access to a hot tub, sauna and BBQ are a very nice treat :) We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated Tamila’s prompt responses for any questions we had. Would happily stay again!

We had a great time at Cortney's cottage. We came to see the foliage and it was stunning. The decor of the cottage is warm and welcoming as well as the facilities. Very recommended

We had a wonderful New Year’s eve stay! Victoria was incredibly supportive and helpful to ensure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. She was very friendly, approachable and hospitable. The hot tub was also very warm, clean and maintained. The space itself was very thoughtfully designed and decorated to fit the theme. I would recommend staying here, I will definitely be back again!

hosts were very welcoming and friendly. the cabin was amazing and very private. a perfect getaway with a backwoods feel. the bed is comfortable and was very warm despite the cold weather. would book here again!

If you're looking for a spacious apartment in a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the airport and downtown, then look no further no further. I most appreciated the quick 10 minute to and from the Bloor St. UP Express Station and felt safe walking there early in the morning or late at night. In 10 mins you can be downtown at Union Station, 15 mins back at the airport. The apartment was spotless and has everything you'll need for your stay. I feel like Seher adequately addressed the noise concerns in the listing, but it was really no bother. Some water flowing occasionally or voices during the day. It would not deter me from recommending or staying again.

We had only planned to stay a couple of nights but we extended our booking because the place was so perfect. It is exactly as described and pictured. Beautiful and quiet with lovely views and easy to get into the town of Schomberg for food etc. Less than an hour to the airport. We would not hesitate to book this place again.

Lovely home for a family stay in an incredibly convenient location.

We had a lovely winter getaway at Julie & Roger's. The home is very homey with a nice kitchen, wood fireplace and comfortable living area. The bathroom and bedrooms were clean. The hosts are very responsive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Natalia and Evgeney were great hosts. They were both very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Check-in was flexible and easy thanks to Evgeney, who did a great job at setting us up with our cabin. The cabin itself was exactly as advertised. We found it to be very clean. The view of Rice Lake from our cabin was great, and the area is really peaceful and quiet. Overall, we had a great time here! It was a perfect relaxing weekend.

Eric and Larissa’s house was perfect for the wedding we attended at the Bright house, the location is perfect for most of what the county has to offer. The home it’s self is perfect every thing you need is there and then some. Bbq to the fire pit and kids play land it’s perfect for! Larissa was very responsive and met every need! Margaret seemed very nice, she left croissants in the kitchen for us to have in the morning. Overall a very cozy spot to stay and we had no issues. One thing I noticed is that there's an adjoining door that connects from her side of the building to ours and I'm not sure if it locks, maybe it does but I didn't see a lock option on my side. Anyway it still felt private and we definitely got what we paid for.

We booked Thomas' place for an event nearby and it was perfect. Check went smoothly, the condo was exactly as pictured. Thomas was east to reach and we had zero issues.

Had a very peaceful stay. Quiet location and had almost everything we needed ...except a coffee maker however we were able to find a coffee shop close by. Highly recommend

Sky Haven is a true getaway! We stayed at the Guest Suite and were surrounded by wide open spaces, small, grassy hills and fall foliage. It felt like a scene from The Sound of Music! We enjoyed the huge heated pool - we came for this - which was meticulously maintained by Deborah. We stayed up late in the game room because there were lots of activities for the whole family. To top it all off, Deborah was such a warm, caring and responsive host. Upon our request, she brought us to meet some of the horses that lived there - such a unique part of our stay there. We learned a lot, and the kids had a great time interacting with the horses. Overall, our large family loved our stay at Sky Haven, Deborah is a wonderdul host, and we recommend this place especially for families.
