Cabin vacation rentals in Seljord Municipality

The dream cottage;-) anything one might desire. Second visit now and we will probably rent several times. The whole family's favorite Airbnb.

We had a great stay at Pål's cabin :) It was very clean, Pål was very responsive, and it had all the amenities we wanted (full kitchen, sauna, hot tub, comfy beds). We had an abnormally warm weekend for early March but the snow was still quite nice and we were able to utilize the nearby cross-country trail with very nice views of the mountains. Hot tub was perfect end to the day. Would highly recommend!

The stay at the cottage was super nice, and the location is fantastic. We also got up to the cottage relatively well in winter with front drive and despite the iced path:) The hot tub is great even if you have it a little less private than expected, as there is another cabin right next door. There was also construction work about 100 m away, but you haven't heard from the hut 👍

the house had everything it is stated on the site, well equiped for a big group. the house has parking space for only 2/3 cars, we had to park in a nearby empty cabin. we were suprised that no wood was present on premisses. it was the first time we rented a cabin without wood. the house it self does not need it, it was warm enough, but we had to take a quick run to the supermarket to buy wood for the hot tub, it was not far but it would have been nice to know in beforehand. we also did not find butane for the pizzaovn. the slopes are only a couple meters from the cabin. we enjoyed the stay and recommend.

When you choose to rent a place again, it says a lot 👍🏻 We had a great winter holiday at this cabin and can really recommend the cabin and the place. Helena is a great host. Responds quickly and efficiently and is helpful should there be anything. The cabin and host would highly recommend. We'd love to come back.

We had the most wonderful break. The peacefulness of the home surrounded by heavy fallen snow is something we will remember for the rest of our days. It’s was truly wonderful

Fantastic nice cabin, in a quiet and nice cabin area. Fine hiking areas. A short car ride to the alpine slope and large trail network for cross country skiing.

What a luxury house. All amenities available. Small park on the lake. Had a wonderful stay (1 week) in this comfortable house. Warm despite outdoor temperatures of -15c. Nice view over the lake and sheltered south terrace. Warm welcome by Stig with a bottle of Cava and tasty chocolates. Last week from the house P rainy walks made through a quiet snow landscape. Trailers in front of the door for the enthusiast. Watch a movie on the projector in the evening. Stig was always easily accessible with questions and responded immediately. Great host and great house in lovely location.

Very cozy cabin in the middle of the forest. Lovingly furnished. With wood-burning stove, it gets cuddly warm. We felt very comfortable.

The hut lies in a quite unexploited part of the mountain, with day trip distance to some of highest peaks (the trails are unmarked but you find them on online maps), we didnt meet a single person when going on a 10hr trip. The hytte is perfect with everything needed for "kos". We spent a lot of time lazing on patio or in the cozy living room. If you dont have any Norwegian friends who can invite you to your hytte, this is your second best chance to experience authentic hytteliv.

We were on tembuilding and enjoyed two days, despite bad weather. The place is suitable for many, even if you have to be inside. Everything was tidy and ready when we arrived, and we have got quick answers to what we were wondering about ahead of time. Have already decided to come back

It was a very nice stay at the hut! The view is amazing. Tuddal has some very nice hikes accesible by foot or car. The nature is breath-taking! When we arrived the hut was pre-heated and it‘s very cozy inside. Thank you for the stay!

Esthetically perfect inside and outside of the cabin. By canoe or by rowboat, and even swimming in the lake, we fully enjoyed these peaceful surroundings. Thank you Hege for being a great host!

We stayed in Oda's hut over the New Years and really enjoyed the hut and the surroundings. It's peaceful with beautiful views. We managed to ski and hike a bit. The hut has everything as described and is very new. Would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation!

Very nice cabin in lovely surroundings. Good beds and well equipped cabin with everything you need, and nice host who responded quickly to any questions. Absolutely worth a visit!

We stayed here as two families. It was simply fantastic. The view and location are spectacular. Better even in reality than the pictures. The house is lovely and spacious, with great facilities and plenty of sleeping space (3 double/single bunk bed combos, a large double and another bedroom with spare mattresses.). There are several other hytte in the same street but this one is well located so that you don’t see any neighbours from the house.

Dream location in Telemark! We visited Fredrik’s beautiful house in February. It was a true winter wonderland, amazing views over the mountains, very quiet and peaceful location, and a hytte that has everyting you can wish for! Communication with Fredrik was very good and we immediately felt very welcome and at home. We feel privileged that we were able to stay in the wonderful house.

Quick and nice treatment. Helped us with tips in the local area for us to get nice days. Cozy personal cottage with a wonderful terrace. Please check back again.
