Highly recommend! We are a group of 5, the house is spacious and had 3 rooms 2 bathrooms which is convenient for us. Furniture and fixtures are perfect, provided enough cutleries or kitchen appliances. The host is very responsive, kind and patient to reply even at night time. We reached at 10am and were able to check-in slightly early as well, which is convenient for us to take a nap before heading to our dinner. There is security guard at the suburb so it’s safe and there’s mart right beside the guard, very convenient.

Great house situated only 2 km from the ferry terminal. Good vibe and ambience as it has such a homey feeling for us. It is lovely to come back to the house after good sightseeing

The host allowed us to check in early and check out late. She was very responsive to my queries over the phone. Overall a great experience

Agustian and co-host boy, and their team, have been really helpful and responsive with regards to any questions or issues we encountered. They have been patient with us, and have been pleasurable hosts. The apartment is very big, with all the listed amenities, with snacks and drinks provided on the house! Highly recommended, and will definitely consider coming back again.

Clean house, safe and peaceful. House is close to the city, easy access and easy to go anywhere. The owner are helpful, easy to contact, quick responds and gives many recommendations for places to visit. Recommended

is very nice place like in bali location near town not to far to go shopping ctr . Room are big for 2pax . if have kettle will be better so that after swimming can make coffee or instant noodles overall 8/10 . I n family will sure come back

Living Room/ Kitchen/ Rooms: Clean, Tidy, and Bright. Toilets: All is consider clean, just that Level 2's normal room's toilet has a smell, however, it doesn't affect much if the toilet's door is closed. 2nd Level Room: it's hard to close/ open the door when the bottom bed is pull out. Location: 10mins drive from Mega Mall/ Batam Center Ferry Terminal. Easy Access however, its quite difficult for Grab Driver to find the place. (Tips: take a photo of the unit with unit no. They reach faster like this) Host: Very responsive, allow last minute early checked in (checked in was changed to 2pm instead as I reach earlier). Environment: Quiet, Cosy, the driveway to the estate is kinda dark at night. all in all, good stay for family of 6 with/ without kids. Will come back for it if I am traveling with family again.

Great location near the city center. The place is modern, private, and equipped with essential amenities. While it’s not walkable to main attractions, it’s very easy to get around. Fendy was incredibly helpful and supportive—no words can truly express my gratitude. I’ll definitely book this place and stay with Fendy again!

the house is very clean, we had good time. the apartment was quite small and compact. not suitable for more than 4 adults. the internet is very fast and we had movie night. thank you for he hospitality

Really nice place to stay in Batam and only took 9mins to reach the Batam ferry terminal, also I didn’t know that the view would be so beautiful from up there (53th floor) we went here during Chinese new year and get to see a lot of fireworks going on at nights from above . The only thing is that there’s a smells come from the pipes in the kitchen and water leak during rainy days but overall is really great because the host was so helpful with all of our inquiries 🥰🥰🥰

It’s very pleasant to stay in this apartment; everything is neat and clean. The equipment is also very complete for making instant noodles and coffee. You can also heat food for breakfast. The bed and pillows are comfortable and soft. However, the swimming pool is still not open for public use. Car parking is still free as well. Overall, it’s a very enjoyable place for families to stay, much better than a hotel. Thank you.

We stayed for a few nights here. The room is clean and comfortable. They have extra pillows, toilet paper, and tissue in the cupboard. Would stay again

An apartment with great location; walking distance from Grand Batam Mall. There is an A2 Food court (selling mostly non halal food thou) conveniently located within 5min walking distance, behind the apartment. Will stay again in future when I come to Batam. Thanks for the hospitality Rina!
