House vacation rentals in Sehmatal

What a gem in the Czech countryside. We were there in early autumn to visit Karlovy Vary and Cheb and truly enjoyed Robert's (and his mother's hospitality). The village is an ideal spot for fall vibes and the place is cozy as all get out. Definitely will stay there again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect!!! The hostess was very friendly and the check-in / check-out was quick and above all uncomplicated. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house offers an absolute wellness feeling with sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace and Co. The house and outdoor area are beautifully decorated, so you immediately feel at home. Everything (beds, bathrooms, etc.) was very hygienic and clean. Our romantic getaway was fantastic and the place is highly recommended! Glad to come back!

Communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. We were three families with small children. The three bathrooms were great for us and the many play opportunities inside and out delighted our children. We were completely satisfied. Thank you

We loved our stay at Jenny’s house! It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Our two toddlers loved the play room! It was well set up with stair gates and cups/plates for the kiddos. The house was always cosy despite -9°C and snow outside. We felt very at home and would definitely come back in Summer to make use of the garden and pool! Jenny was very attentive and came over to help us understand the heating and the electric plug in for our rental car. My only negative would be that it was a bit dusty and dirty under and around the furniture. But we are also maybe a more particular family and wouldn’t want this to discourage anyone from staying!

We really loved the place. 🙂 It was clean, you have everything you need and is nicely laid out. 🙂 Due to your own property, which is also well protected by hedge or the like, which is great, especially if you want to spend time in peace. 🙂 During the summer the pool is definitely a great addition. 🙂 The place is highly recommended.

The apartment is very cozy and well equipped, offers enough space for a family of four. The kitchen is also well and lovingly equipped. Everything was sparkling clean. The owner is very kind and helpful. The house is located on the picturesque rocks at the top of Pirna-Altstadt, directly on the Canaletto-Weg and on the 8th of the Malerweg. There are good shopping opportunities close by. Accessibility: the apartment is on the 1st floor, there are 5 steps at the entrance. There is parking on the property, but the driveway is a bit narrow: best suited for experienced drivers with medium sized cars.

The property is an excellent starting point for visiting the surrounding towns in addition to the Sachsenring; Zwickau, Chemnitz, etc. In the area from the baker, shopping, etc. to the restaurant, everything can be found sufficiently. The house itself has a cozy feel-good atmosphere and everything is available and in order, it also has a pleasant size for a stay of up to 5 people. Although there were only three of us on our first visit, two more people would also have found enough space, both on the sofa and at the dining table or in the bedrooms. In addition to the toilet in the bathroom, the extra toilet is also good. The bedrooms are good and with sufficient storage and storage options, so enough space for all things, furnished, there were also desks in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. If back in the area, then back with Sylvia. Everything is great! :-)))

Perfect accommodation, everything as it needs to be to achieve maximum score. Arrive and feel right at home - 5-star level. Would have liked to have stayed longer. Will come back.

Beautifully decorated accommodation with everything you could need...even welcome drinks, fruits from your own garden and rudimentary ingredients for cooking were available. The hostess is very friendly and was also able to give us many helpful tips for the stay. We would definitely come back!

We spent a wonderful week in the historic half-timbered house on the farm. The chestnut tree shone in all autumn colors. Below is a cozy fire and barbecue area with seating. The large fireplace with two panes (kitchen and hallway) heats the whole house in a short time. The kitchen is very well equipped with many spices, oils, vinegar, etc. Everything is lovingly decorated. There was nothing missing.

We were received in a very friendly manner and had a very nice weekend in the house. It is lovingly decorated and you immediately feel comfortable! Everything was thought of, even toys for the kids! Highly recommended!

Great house surrounded by nature. Perfect for peace seekers with a desire to hike. The contact with the host was great and there was always quick feedback. Even an extension was possible spontaneously. I'm sure we'll be back! ;-)

Super nice place to stay. Very quiet location and lovingly furnished. Our highlight was the sauna and the homegrown tomatoes that we got right on the first day 🙏🏼 Yvonne also helped us with the restaurant selection on the first evening and made a reservation for us directly. Totally nice! The garden area is also super nice. We'll be back.

Everything was super clean and equipped with everything you need to cook. Very bright apartment in a very pretty area. You can get everywhere from there.

We loved our stay, everything was perfect and Pavla is a great host. Highly recommended if you look for some rest in the nature!

We had a very nice time. I really highly recommend the place. In the evening a nice bonfire outside in the winter garden and the proximity to the ski resorts are positive. The price is very good. Attention, however, with the electricity costs. At about 0°C, about €25-30 per day, as electricity is heated. A heat pump such as an Ecodesign ED 300 would pay off quickly at least for heating support. kind regards

The house is in a niece and quiet neighbourhood. Everything was as described. The communication with the host was very friendly. We had a great stay.

The first impression was really good, the lower living space was warm and modernly furnished and there was everything you need. The lower bathrooms were heated, but didn't get really warm. The upper bedrooms were nicely decorated, also the hallway warms the sofa really cozy and warm. The upper bathroom was nice and warm, but the shower was an adventure, at some point you had the hang of it. The street noise was uncomfortable at night, with the window open didn't go at all. But the location on the street is just like this and you can't change it. We had a lovely weekend in the spacious house and would like to mention that the small pub next door is really quaint, cozy and it's hard to find it. We can recommend the house! We had an amazing time in this great house and enjoyed the beautiful surrounding with lots of snow. Everything was clean, and perfectly described :)
