The house is great, spacious, clean and tidy. We really liked the detail of having a planter on the table and several air fresheners in the house. And the location is perfect. Quiet street and next to the aqueduct.

The truth was that we were quite facilitated to arrive at the apartment. We park without any problem and could get to all the places walking as it is very centrally located. The apartment is as it appears in the photos, very spacious and comfortable.

Small but comfortable apartment in beautiful, rustic surroundings. We visited in the middle of summer and the cool temperatures in this area were a welcome respite from the heat of Madrid. The building is great, with a lovely indoor pool and a game room which our son loved. Very responsive host. We will be back!

Our stay at Arabela's house was fantastic, just what we were looking for , a few days of rest and disconnection near nature , her house is beautiful as described in the listing , very fluid communication, Arabela was always waiting for our arrival , providing us with information about the house and the environment , we felt right at home and left us some details that we really appreciated, a host of 10! We spent our vacation at Javier's place for the second time and felt like home again. The apartment is very well equipped. The location is very quiet and has a beautiful view of the mountains. However, it is only a 10 minute walk from the city center. Communication was always smooth. We highly recommend the apartment apartment

I recommend it, very nice stay! Very small and clean apartment for a few days. The kitchen, although small, has everything you need and Laura leaves a small breakfast (juice, coffee, infusions and muffins). It has 2 bathrooms and the details of the gel, brushes... as in a hotel are appreciated. It has A/C and Heating through heat pumps. It is a quiet area despite being so central, with parking nearby and all the services at hand (restaurants, supermarket, shops...). The only detail to take into account is that in this apartment there is no jacuzzi even though it is indicated in the description. It's only in front of # A.
