Cristinel was a great host, he is sunny, communicative and helpful, he gave us precise directions to reach the apartment and even helped us get there. And he provided us with directions on how to get around Milan. The apartment is located in a quiet area, it is very clean, furnished with everything you need for a comfortable and spacious stay. I recommend it gladly.

Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

Stayed at Marco's place with colleagues on a business trip. Lovely house, everything is clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Shops are just a short walk away. For those who want to relax, there is a sauna, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool (although we did not have time to use it) Thank you for providing the house!

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

Definitely new structure. The apartment had a beautiful terrace with a view of the rooftops of the city that was very evocative. Well-decorated, clean, and functional spaces. Nothing to object to. In communication, I would improve response times by phone or messaging. During our stay the fire alarm was triggered and communication with the support service was quite slow. Unique little mole of a stay, otherwise perfect

I really enjoyed my stay at Carlo’s place 👍 Pros: - Spacious, authentic apartments. - Everything you need for a comfortable stay (wine glasses, sharp knives, plus a pasta set and sparkling wine in the fridge). - Beautiful views from the windows and the courtyard. - Cozy, peaceful location with birds singing in the morning. - You’ll be welcomed by a great host who is always available and ready to help with anything. For future visitors: - If you plan to rent a car, choose a compact one. The villa is located on a steep hill, and the roads in the area are mostly narrow and winding. - To easily access the courtyard, I recommend approaching from the Como side. We came down the hill, which made it a bit tricky to enter the property with a larger car. - If you get cold easily, bring slippers to avoid walking barefoot—many Italian homes have cool marble or stone floors. I highly recommend this place and plan to return for a longer stay to explore the surroundings.

Luca's house is exactly as described. It is very spacious with enough room for a family of 4 plus grandma. The terrace with the hammock is great. The center of Armeno is in walking distance with a nice supermarket and bakery. We appreciated the welcome basket very much. You have everything you can wish for in the kitchen (Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, etc). The garden is even larger then expected from the pictures. You have a nice view on the surrounding mountains from the garden as well as from the balcony. Really the only downside (as mentioned by other reviews already) are the mosquitos. There are very many of them and you need to come prepared. If we could have one wish it would be to install mosquito protection at the windows of the sleeping rooms so that you can have them open at night. We would love to come again thank Luca and Paola for their hospitality.

Our stay was perfect, villa was better than anticipated. Was extremely clean on arrival and had everything we needed already there. They even left out towels for us which we had all forgot! Would recommend highly and would stay in again. Also everyone we met with regards to the property was very nice and friendly.
