Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sebou River

Mohammed was one of the most hospitable owners I have met in this app. He offered great recommendations and the guide tour he suggested was great. The house was very clean and at a great location. I would definitely recommend booking a stay there.

The place was not that bad

Maryline is super welcoming and responsive when needed. Communication is very easy, she is a very nice host. Impeccable accommodation, nothing to say about cleanliness. On the equipment side, there are the necessities. Sparkling wifi Clean and quiet residence. We had a great time staying at your place. Thank you again for hosting us and we'll be back with pleasure.

Very nice host, and very accommodating

Salah Eddin received us top. He was ready with Moroccan tea. He has us very much Showing the house and did his best to make us feel comfortable. He took us to the airport at 7am. Top host will definitely be back.

It's a lovely place in the middle of the Medina. In a very central location, steps away from one of the two main streets. You can walk everywhere from there. Large rooms, comfortable beds, good showers and an amazing terrace. The only thing is that there are two rooms where the bathroom is separated by a curtain. This is very common in Morocco, but it may be good for some to know. An incredible experience, fully recommended.

If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

I recently stayed in a budget-friendly apartment, and overall, it was worth the price. The place was spacious enough and had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. However, it wasn’t the cleanest—there was some dust and a few spots that could have used a deeper scrub. That said, for the price, it was a decent deal. If you’re not too picky and just need a cheap place to crash, it does the job.

The butler is very welcoming, the homestay is very unique, and although I have seen the photos, it is still very pleasant.The homestay is in an old city like a labyrinth, be prepared with a lot of luggage and for people of age.Thank you to the owner and the housekeeper, it gave us a great experience and recommended it to everyone.

Imane the co-host was extremely courteous, kind, helpful… she really made our stay a memorable one. The riad was so beautiful and well kept, closed enough from stores, restaurants and main attractions. 100% recommended.

Wow! what a treat is was to stay in this beautiful traditional Riad in the heart of the old Medina. Our host Zahre met us outside the Blue Gate and gracefully guided us throughout our stay. Not only was the Riad dramatically beautiful it offered a real respite to the sometimes exhaustive charms of the old markets - allowing for quiet time on the terrace or a hot shower in a tiled bathroom only sultans dream of. Claire's Riad will always be in our memories as a highpoint experience - 100% recommend - thank you Claire for sharing your wonderful home and love for Fes.

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

a very cozy place in a quiet neighborhood, there is a lot of construction but the sound was hardly noticeable it's definitely an up and coming neighborhoo, very peaceful and the people were gentle.
