Beachfront vacation rentals in Sea Street Beach

What a charming and sweet place this is. We felt at home and it was cozy. We enjoy offseason rentals in ocean areas. We like quieter times. This was perfect this time of year. We are people who appreciate peace and quiet and in February, we were very isolated. I do wish it was a tad warmer and a little less windy but it was still awesome to be right on the water. Hearing the surf was very cool. It is a truly sweet place, don’t expect fancy. Expect a brief step back in time.

We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

We had such an amazing time at Anne’s beachfront cottage. My girlfriend, pup and I spent about a week there to celebrate my birthday and staying here while on the island made it such a stress free trip. The house was well-stocked with supplies, towels, and pantry items that we would have otherwise forgotten to bring. The LOCATION was unbeatable, close to everything while still being secluded from the main road. The backyard views were immaculate, sitting on the beach for the sunset and enjoying the breeze, playing in the water with the dog. We all loved it! My only minor complaint is that the beach got a bit dirty with seaweed by the end of our stay, but I know that’s unavoidable due to the position within the cove. We would definitely come back for a future stay on the Vineyard!

This home is beautiful and the view is gorgeous. Everything inside is as listed. Pros: Water views, beach, comfy and clean. Cons: we couldn’t stay longer. Perfect place one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at.

We loved our time at Steven & Laura's place. Winter may be an unusual time to visit Cape Cod, but the peace and quiet is exactly what we needed. Steven & Laura were very responsive and made everything very easy. The carriage house is cozy and was perfect for us. We loved that there was a beach right down the street that we could take our dog, and that the neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk around in at any time of day/night. The chair and couch are cushy, and the beds are all comfy too! The heater cycled on and off a lot, and was somewhat noisy, but that probably doesn't affect people who are staying in the summer. It didn't really bother us, but might affect someone who is sensitive to noise, especially at night. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed for several meals in. All in all, we had a great stay. We hope to get up to Cape Cod again someday in the summer months, and will definitely look to see if Steven & Laura's place is available!

We loved our stay in this charming cottage! Our family of 4 adults spent Thanksgiving weekend here. It was our first trip to the cape and it did not disappoint! The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Although the dining table was small, we made it work for our Thanksgiving dinner. We did prepare some of the side dishes ahead of our stay, but the kitchen had everything we needed to complete the meal. The location is ideal for exploring the beach (even in the cold) and Captain Parker’s Pup (just down the road) was open and bustling with activity the night before Thanksgiving, so it didn’t feel too “off” season. We had a great stay from start to finish and we can’t wait to come back, but in the summer next time!

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

The place and location were great. Dave definitely was a great communicator and explained everything prior to arrival. This was a time share so the facility has no reflection on Dave’s reputation. The deck and the pool were the only things that could have been cleaner.

We stayed in the tree house suite. It had a lovely deck surrounded by trees and a great view of the sky. Craig and Ginny are as friendly a couple you will ever meet--always quick to answer questions and offer some great suggestions, Craig even offered to drop us off at a few places. They were so kind they felt like old friends. The beach is beautiful and a five minute walk away--which is great because they charge 25 bucks to park. So do the easy walk, and Ginny will provide chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Hyannis itself is a great place to walk around with lots of shops and great restaurants. We also took a ferry to Nantucket which was delightful, as well. I would visit them again without question. Go. You won't be disappointed. Michael and Rebecca

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The space was incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The attention to detail in the amenities was impressive, from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living areas. Fantastic place especially in the winter. We were with our 5-year old grandson and the indoor pool made such a difference. Being able to swim (play) in the pool made the stay feel like a real vacation - which is hard to do in the winter - unless you are at a ski resort! The house was wonderful. The outside fire pit was great. The combination of a living area and a basement was another bonus. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen spacious. The sunsets over the ocean grand. And Tony was very accommodating. All in all a great experience!

We had a great stay at Amanda’s place! It was exactly as described - lots of space, walkable to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. We loved exploring Dennisport and cannot wait to visit again!

Craig was fast to respond to all questions and request. The house was exactly as pictured, and had beautiful views of the water. Games and books were available for the kids, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals and the bedrooms were clean, cozy and worked great for our multigenerational group of grandparents, parents and kids. We would go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Colleen's place. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed the cozy living room, big dining table, and comfortable beds. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the sunsets from the porch. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed. Wonderful weekend!

Wow! I was looking for the perfect place for our family's week-long Thanksgiving gathering and I found it at this beautiful home! Not only was EVERYTHING new, high end, and tasteful, Greg and his team were incredibly responsive to our needs. The house is beautifully designed and decorated. The bathrooms are luxurious, bedrooms spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is a home chef's dream! The only thing missing was a potato masher, which I have now donated! The living space was perfect for family gatherings and while we could not use the outdoor spaces to their full potential due to the weather, I can only imagine how perfect they are during the summer months. The internet was not working well when we arrived but once we contacted Greg, he had someone there within 24 hours, on a Sunday, to have it fixed. The person he sent was so professional and friendly. All of us would like to make this a spot we go back to year after year!

We had a wonderful stay with easy access to area nature spots for winter beach hiking and birding. Eric was very welcoming and excellent with communication. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 3 and our small dog. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The views of Cape Cod Bay from the house were spectacular. We appreciated seeing and hearing the waves from the sliding glass doors and sleeping to the sound of the waves. The sunrise was gorgeous over the water.

Beautiful home! Stunning view. The house was spotless and extremely comfortable. The area was very nice and quiet.

The house was spacious, clean, exactly as the pictures. Drop dead view of the Bay from several rooms. The deck was spectacular and would be perfect for warmer evenings. We walked along the bay everyday and it would be easy to walk/bike to Great Pond in nice weather. It was easy for several of us to work from the house. Eric was very responsive to our l questions and the house manual was very helpful, we would want to come back to Eric’s house.?
