Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

Flaminia is a wonderful host..friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and responded to all our queries immediately . Her apartment is extremely well equipped , spacious and well located. The furnishings are stylish and practical and we felt at home from the outset. It's one of the best airbnb's I've stayed in and hope to stay there again on my next visit to Santa Margherita!

Mega great & quiet place to stay !! We stayed there for 6 days and enjoyed it insanely, in 5 - 10 minutes by car in Arenzano or Cogoleto. The host always responded super quickly to questions about the accommodation, good restaurants, etc. We would like to sincerely thank you and can recommend this beautiful apartment to everyone.

The place is so beautiful. The view is breathtaking. Everything is impeccable, the bedding, the bed linen, the bath towels, the kitchen is wonderfully equipped, the quality barbecue, the pizza oven and the jacuzzi pure happiness!! Upon arrival, we had an excellent aperitif dinner. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. If I could, I'd give more stars. Thanks again for these 10 days. We look forward to returning to your home. We loved Riccardo's place! So close to port, metro, aquarium, San Lorenzo, good places for gelato, foccaccia ... We really welcomed the great air-conditioning there after a sweltering Genova afternoon. Grazie!
