We had a wonderful time! Beautiful farmhouse in a peaceful setting. Alessandra and Enrico were very friendly and responsive. The beds were very comfortable, and our daughter enjoyed the yard and the farm animals a lot! We would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. Rental car is essential.

We had a lovely stay at David and Cristina place. It's very comfortable, with all amenities you can think of, very clean and beautifully furnished. Every part of the house is well maintained and clean. Really one of the best stays in Airbnb, it was a real pleasure to stay in this place and meet such wonderful people as David and Cristina. We had an excellent week in the accommodation whose services are really of quality. The environment is sublime, stunning views from the logge and from the pool. Absolute calm, very clean and well-equipped apartment, upon arrival a breakfast basket was provided, as well as a bottle of prosecco. Very nice touches after a long drive. The area is beautiful and the perfect location for visiting the main towns nearby. In addition, Andrea who has taken care of us has always been extremely responsive and enthusiastic. We highly recommend! Perfectly suited for a family.

Very beautiful place and very peaceful. Beautiful area to visit Umbria and its many famous sites. Giuseppina and her son Maurizio are lovely hosts. Very helpful and friendly. Overall a beautiful experience. Two comments: to reach the toilet one has to cross one of the bedrooms (not a problem for us but good to know). And many restaurants in Magione were already closed in October (not the hosts’ ‘mistake’ but good to know too).

The place was as beautiful as it was in the pictures. It was very clean and put together. Kaila was extremely responsive and helpful in finding the location after dark, providing instructions on services, and proactively booking activities. We hope that the unit we stayed in gets better lighting in the dining area and the wireless network speed is improved, as the weather is getting worse and movie nights will become more frequent.

Definitely recommend! Sabina and Monica were incredibly helpful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was spacious, comfortable and warm and was in a great location. Thanks for such a great stay!

We stayed at the property for 8 days at the end of September. Federica, the location, the house, the complex around the house were unique and very nice! We felt very comfortable from the first day. A supermarket and several restaurants are easily accessible by car. Frederica is a great host and problems solved her and her husband quickly. We had brief problems with the toilet flush, hot water supply and heating - all topics were resolved in a timely manner. Close to the property is the train station Orte, from there there is a train to Rome several times, I can only recommend that. Cheap, on time (not like the DB) and Rome is a force! Accommodation is recommended and we would book again in case we get back to the region.

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well cared for in the beautician and decor. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we could need. Really well above our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring nearby by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old and it was very nice to discover new readings for him, also present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.
