Vacation rentals with a patio in Schiavonea

This stay was for me the return, after a year, to the town of origin. So, to the feelings of joy for this return, reasons for satisfaction were added to have chosen an accommodation, even if for five days, in a very bright apartment complete with every comfort and, on the other hand, located in a building in the main square, in front of the bell tower of the church of San Francesco di Paola, which with the chimes of its bell made me return to mind the beautiful moments of my childhood and youth, often limifying the sidewalks of the square admirable from the balcony of the apartment!

The place is super clean and Catia.... a special person who has the ability to make you feel at home. The difference between something good and something great is the attention to detail that only you offer!

We had a great time in the beautiful Sila and Valerio's accommodation, the area is very quiet and comfortable and the house is equipped for every need. Thanks and see you next time!

Irene and Vittorio were discreet hosts, they left us full freedom of action and were always available to meet our requests (from laundry soap to kitchen pots). The linens (sheets and towels) were fragrant, and in the middle of the stay they were completely replaced. We were provided with extra pillows (new, under vacuum). The garden is very nice and ideal for children to play safely (we were also lent a swing from their grandchildren). The silence that allows you to hear the noise of the sea a few meters away is priceless. There are dishes of all kinds (plates, bowls, trays, glasses, ladles and cutlery in abundance). Very comfortable sink and clothesline area, double outdoor shower in the green, and with hot water, superlative. Fresh water in the refrigerator and a welcome cadeau upon arrival. We would have extended the stay but the house was already booked by other guests. We will definitely be back, 10 and praises the hosts.

Vincenzo and his family were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful area with lots of good walking and hiking near by.

This top floor apartment within a renovated large house ( with locked door) is absolutely fantastic. First the pictures are accurate but curtains do not show the stunning Mountain View’s on both side of the house. We did use the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Very very comfortable. Antonio is very responsive and speaks English. Location is a bit up the hill from main road- entrance faces the field. Loved the sounds of wind in trees and bleating goat further off. Quiet area. Absolutely loved this special find within Latronico.

Giovanni’s place was perfect! Loved the location and the condo had everything we needed. Giovanni was so nice! Would definitely recommend to fellow travelers.

Great apartment with amazing sea view. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The views from the balcony are stunning. David and Adela communicated well before and throughout our visit - we’ll definitely visit again soon.
